'Het is een prachtig hotel maar helaas is het personeel niet altijd even vriendelijk. Het buffet is niet voldoende gevarieerd. Je krijgt vaak hetzelfde voorgeschoteld. Het verwarmd zwembad werd gedurende 4 dagen niet verwarmd waardoor het water ijskoud was. Kinderen moesten telkens naar het binnenzwembad. De avondshows waren ook niet van een hoog niveau. Voor de rest viel het hotel best mee.'

'The biggest attribute at this hotel is not the beautiful building, the amazing food or the calming atmosphere- it’s the combined staff. Literally everyone ( well, perhaps not the spa) meets you with a smile and you’re left in no doubt that you’re welcome and valued. Big shout out to Rida ( but equally want to recognise the other bar and restaurant staff and the endlessly cheerful pool guy and super helpful reception staff. I know why we returned here twice in 3 months - and despite the poor...
