Strandhotels in Souss-Massa-Draa

'Nice building, relatively new. Beds were firm, but that's not uncommon in Morocco. We received assistance with our luggage while checking in but otherwise staff was pretty much invisible. Not a problem for us, but good to know if you expect more. Breakfast was basic but okay. Location is nice, away from the busy city of Agadir but close enough to drive there when needed.'

'Het is een prachtig hotel maar helaas is het personeel niet altijd even vriendelijk. Het buffet is niet voldoende gevarieerd. Je krijgt vaak hetzelfde voorgeschoteld. Het verwarmd zwembad werd gedurende 4 dagen niet verwarmd waardoor het water ijskoud was. Kinderen moesten telkens naar het binnenzwembad. De avondshows waren ook niet van een hoog niveau. Voor de rest viel het hotel best mee.'

'The toilet seat in my room was completely broken - both parts - making it very uncomfortable to use. A plug socket to the left of my bed was not screwed in making it very dangerous to use. Although I arrived at the property at 6.30pm there was nobody on reception that could speak English For some reason the web-form I had to complete for registration didn't work, even though I was instructed to try it 4 times. This had to be completed manually in the morning!'

'Not at all a 5 star imo, instant coffee, limited towels, no robe, no slippers, limited and old tv, cheap, lounging towels, very cheap loungers (other than the beds) but most of all the restaurants are overpriced and very limited and low quality (although designed nicely). Low skilled chefs (8min omelette :D ) and Breakfast gets tired after a week and one night i actually got food poisoining this issue is exacerbated with its remote location. Despite all this, I didnt have a bad stay, service...

'Wij hebben hier 15 dagen gezeten en we hebben genoten. Kamers zijn schoon, ontzettend lief en behulpzaam personeel. Uitgebreid vers ontbijt. Wij komen zeker weer terug'

'we enjoyed it very much! The hotel is very nice! so beautiful here! The food in this hotel is very good but also on the expensive side 😃 coffee is €6,50 sandwich €20 (200 diram) but we liked the food here in the hotel.'

'Appartement conforme à la description, propre et bien équipé. Le logement est situé dans un environnement calme, idéal pour se reposer. Toutefois, il est un peu excentré : une voiture est indispensable pour se déplacer et profiter pleinement des environs. Dans l’ensemble, bon séjour. Je donnerais une note entre 7 et 8 sur 10.'
