'Stayed at here before as is prefect location in center of Scarborough with many areas within easy walking distance. Lovely hotel with staff second to none. Reasonable prices despite height of summer season and can get extremely busy. Parking can be a pain but other than that… highly recommended '

Had a problem with the bedside lamp - she fixed it, injured my knee, she fed me (not for free I hasten to add before scores of people want the same!). She cooked my breakfast and made sure I was made to feel VERY welcome. Sort of sorry to leave!'

Das Viertel hinten raus ist sehr schlicht und nicht so prickelnd. Man muss ein paar Meter laufen um in schönere Ecken des Ortes zu kommen.
Herausragend ist das Personal, alle, wirkliche alle Mitarbeitenden sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch der Chef des Hauses ist toll, er hat uns bei einem Problemchen schnell geholfen.

The room was spacious clean and had everything we needed the breakfast was lovely and the staff were very helpful
The live entertainment in the pub was great and it finished promptly at 11pm so we could go straight to bed after and even though the pub shuts at 12 we couldn't hear anything in the room xxxxx'
