Deze ruime woning is de perfecte setting voor uw gameday of afstudeerweekend en biedt voldoende ruimte voor het hele gezin of een groep fans. Volledig vernieuwd zomer 2015 met bijgewerkte alles; overal hardhouten vloeren, nieuwe badkamers met prachtig tegelwerk, prachtige functionele modderkamer die overgaat in een moderne keuken met roestvrijstalen apparatuur en een enorm eiland om rond te verzamelen. Er zijn 4 slaapkamers, 2. 5 badkamers met open concept keuken / eetkamer / familie kamer die uitloopt naar een mooie patio met uitzicht op de natuur op zijn best. Een grote woonkamer met een tweede open haard op hoofdniveau zorgt voor bijeenkomsten voor kaarten / bordspellen of gewoon rustig inhalen. Een ongeëvenaarde weekendervaring als het op 1. 5 hectare met een kreek zit. Het is de perfecte locatie om te ontspannen na uw dagelijkse bezigheden. Er is voldoende ruimte om rond te rennen, een voetbal te gooien of buiten te genieten van een avondvuur! 30 minuten lopen door campus naar stadion poorten! (of 8 minuten lopen naar witte partij shuttle die naar bibliotheek voor 5 minuten lopen naar stadion poorten). Ideaal voor gezinnen met wieg beschikbaar en eventuele baby-artikelen op aanvraag. Comfortabel 8 personen met het vermogen om nog eens 4 te slapen als verzoek luchtmatras. 1 kingsize bed en 3 queensize bedden allemaal in hun eigen kamer. Niet meer dan 20 personen op elk gewenst moment in / om het huis. Alle voorzien linnengoed evenals keukenbenodigdheden.

We love this house! We found this gem on VRBO my son’s freshman year and booked for a football game. I think we’ve seen it at least once every year since then and just used it for graduation! This is the perfect house for a fun relaxing weekend with a group. It has an awesome yard with a relaxing party layout. Grills, loungers, ect! The yard is huge! This property is also close to the campus. We have walked to games many of times and it saves a ton of headache with parking! Neighborhood is quiet and pretty. Four bedrooms and all spacious and the bathrooms are nice with everything you would need! The decor and layout of this home make it special! All Notre Dame and a fun split level that gives everyone thier space and place to watch all the sports!

We had a wonderful time at Nate and Mandy’s place. It was very clean, looked as expected in the listing, and plenty of space for our entire group. The check-in/check-out process was extremely easy and the hosts were very accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for our stay (beds, towels, tailgate equipment, permits to get back to the house post-game). Definitely hope to stay here again, thank you for having us!

A group of 8 spent the weekend here for a Notre Dame football game. Mandy and Nate were terrific hosts and communicated well with us throughout our stay. This home is very close to the ND campus—ideal for those in town to watch a game. Our group had plenty of room to socialize, grill, and relax while there. Thanks so much for a great experience.

Fabulous property! This home is walking distance to campus and has every amenity you could want for a fun day of tailgating! Tons of space for your entire crew and a park like backyard to enjoy burgers on the grill! Homeowners are very responsive and accommodating! Would definitely stay here again.

We were a group of eleven, including a baby. The house layout was great with lots of common space and seating. The kitchen is fully equipped and Mandy paid attention to every detail. She even provided two pack snd plays, high chairs snd even toys for the baby. The big screen TVs were great with YouTube TV, Apple TV and other apps. I really can’t think of one thing that wasn’t perfect. We will be back!!

Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay in this home. It was perfect for our group of adults, and Nate and Mandy were thoughtful, generous, and lovely hosts! We loved hanging out in the backyard and cooking out on the patio. I wouldn’t change a thing and I definitely hope to be back for another epic ND football weekend soon!

We came to South Bend for a wedding and stayed at Nate and Mandy’s home. It was perfect for our group of 8 adults. They were prompt and helpful with any questions we had before and during our stay. Their house was the perfect place to catch up with family and friends as we went back and forth for the wedding activities in and around Notre Dame campus. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend their home for anyone else.

Our group of 10 stayed here for the Navy game last weekend and we could not have had a better stay. Communication with Nate was quick & easy and the home is clean & beautiful. Upon arrival we were welcomed with specialty ND cookies (nice touch!) Very spacious and perfect for family & friends to gather We didn't have time to use the fire pit out back, but hopefully next time. Would highly recommend staying here!!!

Mandy and Nate were the best! From gourmet cupcakes to a fully stocked beer fridge, they made our stay very special. Due to a huge storm we lost power and they were very quick to respond to our needs. We would definitely recommend staying here for your ND weekend.

We had a group of 4 couples come in for a wedding. The property was amazing and we really enjoyed staying. The house, bedrooms, family room and kitchen were really great and the backyard was this amazing bonus where we could hang out, grill and toss a football around. The owner was great about communicating beforehand and emailed us during our stay to make sure we had no issues. All in all, everyone was very happy with the house. We would definitely stay here again!

We were here for a sisters weekend with a cookout on Saturday afternoon for the rest of the family who wanted to make the drive. So, Dad, all siblings (sans youngest brother) and some nephews and mates made for a great time!! We loved the setup. We all sat outside (very comfy patio seating) until dinner was grilled, when we all moved indoors to feast and eat. I should've take a picture of the huge island that held the food, it was an assembly line. Then we ALL sat down at 1 table and ate and talked for a couple hours, with some additional late arrivals. Then, all us girls had our own rooms, and there was a living room, den and the patio and yard with more spaces to retreat. Which we did as well for some personal time. I took the dog for a walk down the lovely street. Love the houses, beautiful!!

If you are heading to Notre Dame for a big game- this is the place to stay!! Plenty of space, clean bedrooms, wonderful kitchen, great backyard area to socialize. The owners went out of their way to make sure we had a great time- including stocking the fridge with our shopping list before we arrived to having step-by-step instructions as far as game day logistics, parking, tailgating etc. You could walk but it was a super easy Lyft ride to campus. Great stay for our party of ten ranging in ages from 79 to 10 y.o. Thank you! Go Irish!!

We had a group of 9 adults and 5 toddlers for a game weekend. This house was setup perfectly and met all of our needs. The pictures do not do justice. Mandy and Nate were beyond amazing in thinking of every possible need 4 families could have (entire house was toddler proof). Without a doubt, we will stay at their home again when we come back to ND for a game weekend!
