Brand New Cottage-Walking Distance to ND en Eddy Street Commons

Op 15 minuten lopen van de voordeur naar het Notre Dame-stadion. Nog dichter bij Eddy Street Commons voor eten en winkelen. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid (niet betalen voor evenementen parkeren!) Een park met speeltuin aan de overkant van de straat. Speciaal gebouwd voor verhuur. We hebben geprobeerd om alles op te nemen dat we leuk vinden bij het huren van een thuis weg van huis! De woonruimte op de eerste verdieping is voorzien van een lichte plattegrond met de woonkamer en eetkamer met een tafel met plaats voor 10 personen, ultramoderne, volledig uitgeruste keuken, mudroom, wasmachine en droger, een badkamer met een douche en een koningin slaapkamer. Op de tweede verdieping vindt u 3 slaapkamers, 2 met queensize bedden en een met een tweepersoonsbed. Er is ook een badkamer op deze verdieping met een bad / douchecombinatie en een troggoot en planken naast de badkamer. Er zijn nieuwe tv's in elke slaapkamer en in de woonkamer. Alarmsysteem, kabel en WiFi zijn inbegrepen. We hopen dat je er net zoveel van houdt als wij!

Perfect spot for family

This house is lovely, so close to Notre Dame and perfect for a larger family! We spent a long weekend visiting our students at Notre Dame for Easter weekend and everything about this house was great. The patio and side yard were perfect for corn hole and wiffle ball and the front porch is a bonus! The house is spotless with comfortable beds and bedding. This is definitely walkable if you are looking for a ND football weekend.

Great House Just One Little Problem....

This is a fabulous house! Great kitchen, dining for 10, great location and easily accommodates 8. Just one little problem...the house had an "odor". Some said it was like sewer problems, some said Men's Locker Room. It was consistently faint, but always there. Property Manager checked for gas leaks and brought over air freshener plug-ins. Service was much appreciated.

Our family stayed at this property when we moved our son to Notre Dame to begin his freshman year. The home is beautiful and is easily walkable to Trader Joes, Eddy Street Commons and campus. Loved the layout, style and decor of the home. Perfect for our family of 5. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Hope to stay here again!

Spacious and comfortable

This house was perfect for a family Thanksgiving gathering spot. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen graciously accommodated many folks gathered around and chatting, and the dining room easily held 10. Love this place!

Amazing Stay!

Place was better than the pictures. Kitchen stocked with everything to cook/bake with! Bedrooms large and place was impeccably clean. Very spacious kitchen w patio and grill right off it for ease of use. Kitchen island was very large and welcomed as we are a hang out in the kitchen family. Had a bit of difficulty with the alarm box key when we got there - the host emailed me immediately remedying the situation - was not an issue at all which at first we were concerned if she would get back to us. Will for sure stay there again on our next trip to ND! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect for our needs

We wanted a clean, updated, well appointed house close to the University with quick access for campus events and that is exactly what the house is. Nanette and team were very communicative and the house had everything we needed (my 8 year old described it as “built for us”). We were also pleasantly surprised by the park across the street. We would definitely stay again on a future visit.

Wonderful weekend

Felt like we walked into an HGTV home. So lovely! Particularly happy not to have carpet and lots of upholstered furniture, etc. in the is day and age. Lots of great socializing space. We had a hard time deciding which bedrooms we wanted because they were all so nicely decorated and welcoming. The whole place is very guest-friendly.
