Horrible does not describe it. First the picture online are not of the actual hotel. I arrived after dark and there were absolutely no lights or even a sign indicating the name of the hotel. Check in was a nightmare. They had NO keys! None! When they found 1 I took it up stairs and did not work so I had to go back down then 2 more keys that didn’t work either! Lady had to open the door with her master key. THEN she never gave me an actual working key to my room. Now the room… nasty restroom with some sort of ring on the toilet. The shower had not been scrubbed since who knows when. The shower curtain was stained with mold. Then no HOT water! By far the worst stay ever. Very deceitful pictures online. This place should not be open at all. I’m sorry but no.

Cigarette burned sheets with paw prints. Gross,broken shower curtain. Dirty,loose toilet. Filthy mirror & air unit. I called ahead of time to ask for 1st floor room as I am disabled.Couldn't understand the man, he hung up on me twice. When checking in, no record of Expedia calling on my behalf. Young man behind counter was the only nice thing. The outside stairs where falling apart. Man was banging on doors demanding rent in the morning. I suspect he is the one who hung up on me.

One of the lights in the room did not work. The shower was only cold water. My key didn't work once, they rekeyed it at the office. The office staff said in horrible English that if I put it near my phone it won't work(it was never next to my phone). Staff said if I needed another rekey it would be $5.Pretty rude office staff. Room was clean

This property is self determined for a specific use. O-n Y-our O-wn...OYO! It should Not be offered to the general public for business. It was Less than a basic place to lodge, I was Appalled! It wasn't my reason for registration, and I couldn't get a refund because I registered on Expedia. They were asking Over $100 for a night, it wasn't worth Free because of the deception. UNBELIEVABLE! I don't want to bad mouth them because it has its purpose and function, for a specific type of people AND for those that NEED IT'S Brand. Tell the truth in the description and advertising.

I got a dozen bedbug bites while at this hotel. I would not recommend anyone stay there. Staff was friendly but the place is not well maintained and very dirty. And there is no excuse for having bedbugs.

It was probably the most disgusting room I have ever stayed in. At first they gave me a key to a room, I went to the room and opened the door. I walked straight into an already occupied room. Not cool. Had to go back and get a new room key. The room smelled SO bad. Stains everywhere on the bed. The TV didn't work, the remote was covered in a sticky residue, and the bathroom was pretty gross too. I stayed for a total of 6 hours, got some sleep, and checked OUT. All of the things that I had in the room with me smell terrible now. I would never come back.

Upon booking our room, we get there a couple hours later to find out our room was given to someone else. So after 30 minutes of my fiancee talking with the manager for him to give us keys to a downgraded room. We were fine since it was late and we needed sleep. Upon entering this new room, we found Roaches. It was disgusting, we then did a break down of the room since we didn't feel safe. The doors lock wouldn't lock properly. Found dead and live roaches between the mattress, the bathroom was appalling, roaches were everywhere in there. Spend the extra $20 to find a better spot to stay. You'll regret it as we did.

Made reservation months in advance. They called me 2 days before the trip to tell me the hotel was flooded and all reservations had to be cancelled. No further explanation or assistance was offered. Had to call numerous times for a confirmation email, as Expedia or the Oyo Customer Service Team did not know what was going on. The entire thing felt like a scam, definitely recommend staying away!

We walked up to the front door, no one was there to check us in even though it was evening and the bell was rang… walking outside you basically spray painted the numbers on your sidewalk without putting cardboard down lol inside the room had some sort of leak in the wall along with a hole punched in the bathroom door, I understand it’s not the four seasons but at least a cup in the room, or some towels that don’t feel like they cut you out of the shower might be an order for your guests in the future. Otherwise this was literally, the worst property I have ever stayed at in 37 years of traveling

Checked into the hotel after a Notre Dame game. Hotel claims cleanliness but was absolutely disgusting. There was a pile of cigarette filters and a razor blade. There was ash on the dresser. The door barely shut. We inspected linens and found German roaches and saw at least 10 roaches running around the room. The front desk gave us a refund and we left within 5 min of being in the room

Worst hotel ever
We traveled over 11 hours and when we got there, they told us a pipe burst and all the rooms were flooded. No courtesy call or email. They offered us a replacement room but this room was obviously not meant to be slept in. The odor of stale cigarette smoke and bugs crawling on the wall was like a scene from a movie. There was no other availability in the area due to the big event we were there to attend so we had to travel to a completely different city to find a hotel. 0 out of 10 would NOT recommend

This place is unsafe
I booked through hotels.com and had no issues getting in. Upon viewing the room the door appeared to have been kicked in many times previously with patchwork fixes. There was no internal lock on the door except the one on the knob. No big deal it was a cheap room i get it.. My young son and I then went to dinner and came back. Upon getting back we went to take my small dog to use the restroom and I became aware that the key was not needed in order to enter the room. I checked it multiple times. I went to the front desk to ask for a different room and explained why, I was told there weren't any other rooms but that maintenance would come check it for me. At this point my husband was uncomfortable with me and my son staying alone in a room with no locks and a malfunctioning door. I spoke with the front desk again and asked for them to please cancel my reservation and refund my money as this is a concerning safety issue. I was told as I used 3rd party booking I needed to go through them but that they would approve the cancelation when hotels.com contacts them. I sat in the car and called hotels.com I spoke with someone and they attempted to call the property and they did not answer. Because of the situation they escalated my call to a supervisor. The supervisor then attempted to call I was told they did not answer the 1st call and on the 2nd call the property staff was uncooperative and refused the cancelation. I was in room 222 be careful there

I’m not sure how long this property has been an OYO motel, they didn’t have a name sign at the street (thanks Google for getting me there). It looked like they were remodeling the rooms, because mattresses were lining the walkway in non-rented areas. My room was small, but everything worked and was clean. The price point is half of other places, so one would expect to give up some amenities. Overall it was a great value for the price. I felt safe and everything was clean.
