Fantastic ND wedding week
The house was very clean, large, and comfortable. Walking or very short drive to campus, Eddy Street, the Lax field and hoops stadium. Was able to partake in all of them. Would stay here again if and when the opportunity arises.

Best ever
This place is insane. I’ve been to many vrbo’s and never written a review. But I have to here. This is an amazing place to be. So clean. Has everything. The owners are the best and they cater to everything you possibly could need. There is no other place you should stay. We were here for my daughters wedding and we had the best time.

Birthday Bliss
We celebrated our Mom's 93rd Birthday here! There were only 4 of us staying there the entire time, and the Home gave us each some desperately needed time to ourselves, with all the upstairs as well as downstairs rooms...following the Christmas hustle. Very tastefully decorated IRISH with many of the Hosts' travel memoirs on display. Very interesting! FabulousHosts!!!

ND large group vacation!

Great location, great comfort
Cannot beat the location with walking access to ND campus! In addition to that, the home was so spacious and clean with endless great amenities to make any trip convenient and low stress! Would highly recommend to any large group and we would definitely rebook for our next family trip to South Bend.

The house was great for a quick get-together with our extended family (we only stayed for three nights). We comfortably slept 13 of us in the house. Everything was nicely appointed, very clean and well set up for a group of that size. The kitchen was well stocked. The hosts were great at responding quickly.

Never Judge a Book by Its Cover!
Upon arriving at the house, some of our family thought the house was going to be too small for our large group. However, after opening the door and reviewing the home, we were all blown away! This house was absolutely beautiful and SO clean!! There was so much space for all of our family and room to spare! The house provided all the amenities one would need for a weekend getaway and for all ages! Our kids loved this house and didn't want to leave! We've discussed that the next time we stay at South Bend for an ND game, we are booking this home!

Multi-family getaway
We had a great experience over Labor Day weekend! The house was clean, had everything we needed (and then some), and we had tons of room! It's tucked into a great little neighborhood and there was plenty to keep us busy in the area. Would definitely return!

Perfect Wedding Weekend
A group of groomsman stayed here for our friends wedding and it was the perfect location. Each bed was comfortable and the common rooms were great. We would definitely come back for a football weekend or any other time we return to South Bend!

Great Space for different activites
The pictures do it justice. Great space for entertaining both upstairs and down. Bedrooms are REALLY spacious and hosts provide things like additional air beds and linens; baby gates; coffee bar; etc.

Thanksgiving gathering
This property was wonderful for a family gathering for Thanksgiving. There was plenty of room to get away from the group for some alone time and nice big rooms for our 2 year old to play with all of his toys! All of the Thanksgiving leftovers came to us at this house after a feast with family and friends....plenty of refrigerator space for everything! Everything we needed was there and the house was near grocery stores and drug stores. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of parking at the house. Travis was a great host and responded immediately to our questions. I was the hero for the weekend for finding such a great place for us to stay!

Spacious, clean and great location to Notre Dame
Wooded Estates was perfect for our Notre Dame reunion with old classmates. The home was well stocked and clean with a large open living area for eating and gathering. Also the house was a great location and walking distance to the campus. The owners Janeli and Travis could not have been more hospitable. We would definitely rent again. We had such a wonderful extended weekend!!

A fantastic locale for a Notre Dame football weekend!!
The house was amazing and so clean!! The house is really a gem that accommodated our extended family for a great ND/USC weekend experience. The hosts (Travis and Janeli) were super easy to work with and the house exceeded all our expectations.

Great House and Hosts!
We are a large family raised in South Bend and needed a place to celebrate our moms 91st birthday (since her 90th celebration couldn’t happen because of pandemic.) This house was perfectly located right by ND (for walks on the beautiful campus) and the bedrooms were so spacious. Nice back porch and back yard. The photos do this house justice but the hosts were even more awesome than the house itself. Travis and Janeli were so helpful and responsive in every way. If we ever have need for a house this large again we will be reaching out to them again. Our mom can’t quit talking about what a great reunion this was and we are very grateful. You can’t go wrong with this place!!!

Great place to stay!
We have such a great time staying in this home. House itself very lovely, everything you could possibly need, you’ll find it. It is spotless! I’m impressed how clean it was. There is a great backyard, so you can gather outside with friends and family. Great communication with Travis, all your questions will be answered ASAP. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here. And next time we will be in South bend it will be our choice for sure .

Fabulous Family Gathering Home!!!
All the great pictures are REAL! Our Mother's 90TH Birthday was celebrated here and our Family was blown away. There are several gathering spots, therefore we were never crowded and at times, went looking for one another, even playing hide and seek! It was wonderful to wake up with our children and grandchildren (they were impressed with the 9 tv's), sharing meals, never getting in each other's way. Travis was fabulous to work with and VERY understanding! Check in and check out were a breeze. You can see ND from the kitchen deck...shopping just around the corner. CLEAN and CLASSY! We WILL be back!

Great property!!!
We went there to celebrate NYE and had so much fun.The property so far is the best one I have ever been at ! The homeowners have equipped the house with all of the amenities you might expect, from shampoo and conditioner in the baths to spices and dishwasher pods in the kitchen. Talk about detail-oriented! We can't say enough good things about the responsiveness and detailed answers we received from the owners before and during our visit. Also the house was so clean ,spacious and cozy ! Highly recommend!!!

Great December House
The property owners were very easy to talk with. We were here with 13 guys and had plenty of places to sleep. Beds were comfortable. The multiple living rooms and TVs were perfect for the wide range of ages we had. (65-23) they had plenty of fridge room for food and beverages. Overall very good experience. Only thing that would make it better is if there was a ND game the weekend we stayed! Close walk to The linebacker inn, and campus.

Notre Dame Drop Off- Our First born ...
We enjoyed our stay in your lovely home and the proximity to campus was fantastic! It was equip with everything we needed! We loved the downstairs basement and the four comfy recliner chairs. We spent most of our tv time downstairs instead of in the living room. It was very comfortable to be downstairs . My daughter loved sleeping downstairs as well in the dark cave . Thank you for having us and for being so attentive to answering my questions!

Outstanding property
Home is in a very nice quiet neighborhood very close to Notre Dame campus. We stayed here with another family for a lacrosse tournament near by. The property was very clean, the beds very comfortable, plenty of towels for everyone for showering, kitchen stocked with everything we needed to make large meals for our group. Easy check in and check out. Highly recommend. Property owner/managers are very responsive with any questions. We had no issues while there.

Absolutely perfect!
This is the 1st property review I’ve ever written because well...I generally forget/can’t be bothered but this property deserves a review! They have thought of everything from beside chargers to the kitchen essentials. To be honest I wasn’t expecting much but this place was clearly designed for rentals and not just a house that people rent out from time to time to make some cash. Such a lovely surprise. I have travelled pretty extensively and would absolutely rebook this place if I ever come back for a game!

Perfect home for our family gathering
Our family stayed in this lovely home for a long weekend for our daughter's wedding at ND. This was a very special weekend for our family and this home was the ideal setting for it in every way. Travis welcomed us warmly from our first communications. He accomodated our self check-in which was flawless. We were warmly welcomed with a full snack basket and even chilled champagne in the fridge, a very nice touch for a very special occasion. The home is completely and very tastefully updated. There were TVs in every room. They are amazing hosts who thought of everything. Whenever I found myself looking around, "I wonder if they have ______", I would find just what I needed. I heard comments from members of the family about how much they appreciated the little things like the nice shampoos and shower gels in their favorite scents, etc. I was especially thrilled that there were two extra full size refrigerators in the garage since I made my daughters wedding cake and needed lots of room to store it. That was also helpful for storage of leftover food after the wedding. The oven is huge too for warming up several pans at once. The great room upstairs was very big, open, comfortable and accommodated a large group. We hosted a gathering of friends and family in that space the first night and I was so happy that it was ideal for the occasion. All of the beds were comfortable, including the air mattress used by my youngest teenager. I appreciated all of the hair dryers and makeup mirrors which came in handy for all the young ladies in the family. Travis is definitely a super host. He even dropped off some umbrellas for us which came in very handy. Overall, I found myself pausing many times over the long weekend savoring the lovely setting this home provided for one of our family's most special memories. Bravo and thanks again, Travis and Janeli. We look forward to visiting again on our next trip to South Bend.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay
We had extended family in town in for Notre Dame's May 2019 graduation. Travis and Janeli were amazing to work with. They provided lots of information to ensure we had a seamless experience; we even touched base via phone to make sure I could get answers to my last minute questions. The house exceeded all of our expectations and needs. It was exceptionally clean, well maintained and nicely furnished (lots of navy and gold, of course!). There is a huge amount of living/gathering space and the kitchen has any and every thing you need. The beds were extra comfortable and the towels were thick and luxurious. Parking is plentiful and the location is super convenient to campus. There is a great deck with a gas grill, an extra refrigerator in the garage and a fire pit with outdoor chairs. To name just a few ways Travis and Janeli went out of their way for us - they made sure there was an HDMI cable at the house for us to show a graduation slideshow (the house has multiple large TVs), they provided a pack-n-play and baby gate for a toddler, and they left an extra table and chairs to make sure we could celebrate with family and friends for dinner (17 of us). All of our family members commented on how comfortable they were in the house and on what a great choice we made by staying there. We agree and would definitely choose to stay here again!

Great Place for a Weekend Stay!
We stayed with our family for a youth sports weekend. House was very clean! Bedding and sheets were of 5 star hotel quality! There are multiple great rooms for group gatherings. Fancy coffee bar, welcome letter, warm decor, updated house - we felt very comfortable and welcomed. We had a great stay!

Cozy and Spacious Home! Perfect for large group
Highly recommend this home!! Couldn't say nicer things about this place. Great Location, and the common areas were cozy and perfect for gathering with either small or larger groups. Plenty of other living spaces if you wanted private conversation or watch tv. Each bedroom had luxurious bedding and comfortable beds. In the morning a coffee station had everything you needed for a perfect cup of coffee away from home. Owners communicated quickly and were attentive and accommodating. The next time our group comes to Notre Dame I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else!
