'Through Expedia, I've been able to secure several nice stays for budget prices. This was a different, inferior experience. They tried to make it seem 'economy' .I was annoyed by automatic messages from 'Harry' telling me to text after 2 for a code, when check in started and when I'd arrive by pre-arranged means. I needed to swiftly check in but when I texted a little earlier to ensure my instructions arrived on time, I got an immediate response "19 mins and counting!" Then, when in the adjacent...

'Very convoluted way to get to the room. Extremely inconvenient stairs if you have luggage. With a slight investment they could make it more convenient by making the corridor of one level.'

'Comfortable cosy stay in lovely, clean cottage which is dog friendly. Situated minutes from shops meaning you can easily get your essentials or grab a drink in a lovely pub. Nice location and suitable base to drive to other parts of the region. The cottage was clean and presented as described. WiFi was excellent throughout ( I know that’s required for some, but not us) Has a small back garden, which is gated and perfect for dogs to stretch their legs.'
