We were delayed coming back from Seattle area of Washington and didn’t arrive until 4am - the front desk staff kept in communication with me via text, provided weather updates and ensured check in was all ready for our arrival to abbreviate the process recognizing our exhaustion and made sure breakfast was ready so we could choose to eat before getting a few hours of sleep.
