'This is the second stay our team has had at the Lune Mill River House in a stunning location. Our comments from the previous review still applies, but in short - prepare for an old draughty house on the river side. Bring sleeping bags if you are sensitive to the cold. We set our expectations accordingly, and had a wonderful stay. All team members were very satisfied with the accommodation and would book again. Note: any location this remote is subject to power outages. We have not encountered...

'We loved everything about this place. A great location, comfy beds, great big windows to enjoy the views. Lovely kitchen. So spacious. Couldn’t fault it. '

'Beautiful location, we sat and watched the southern lights from the verandah. Short drive to Cockle creek Good fishing around the corner off the rocky point as well as off the jetty. Would definitely recommend. '

'A wonderful place to stay and everything you could think of was provided. Loved the Milo, chocolate and wine! The only improvement was the description in relation the 4th bedroom in what was advertised as the library. We did not realise it was not in its own room, but part of the lounge upstairs. '

'Beautiful location and loads of wildlife. The cabin a little rustic, but it is pretty isolated so expected. Linen and towels nice and fresh. Overall a great spot '

'Super! Heel schoon, ruim, heerlijke bedden ( en dikke handdoeken!). Grote badkamer met wasmachine en droger. Er was zelfs een vaatwasser (van de laatste twee geen gebruik gemaakt. Uitzicht vanaf het terras ( met gasbbq) was heel mooi. Keuken had genoeg pannen en diverse andere handige dingen. Het enige wat er mis ging, is dat we hebben moeten bellen voor de sleutelcode. Die hadden we niet ontvangen en op de mail.hierover was niet gereageerd. maar dat was een kleinigheid. '

'Cottage was full of character in an ideal location for bird and wildlife viewing. We even had our own bird hide. Bruny Island was our first stop in Tasmania, and was well worth a visit. Would go back if opportunity arises.'
