'Small pool, breakfast was less than blah and never changed, but rooms were big and nice shower. House keeping would take dirty towels, but not restock them. Did not restock toilet paper or tissues. No pool towels available, they gave you wash clothes in place of them. '

'The hotel is under renovations but the staff was excellent, attentive and explained the situation. We slept very well. They have a very nice included breakfast buffet. And excellent coffee. Thank you! '

'Parking is sketchy at best. The parking light lot(s) are not lit up in the least bit. For it being in a relatively sketchy area, its not the best hotel for a single person. This hotel is ond of those hotels that you use the buddy system. '

'As always the red roof was excellent except for one comment the owner made I was checking in after my brother. We had two rooms and we both have one dog apiece and he had both dogs with him. I was on my way and I called to let them know that I may not be able to get there until the next day allow him to check into my room just in case and he was like oh he has two dogs. 'Staff is wonderful; from check in to check out. And Patsy, who shows up extra early to make the delicious breakfast, was so friendly and accommodating. (Thank you, Patsy!) Also, the coffee is FRESH and delicious! We would stay here again. '

'I booked a king suite and after checking in and entering the room, it was NOT a suite but rather just a king room with no chairs or sofa. The night staff person was very cordial but said that there were no king suites available. What is the purpose of reserving a particular type of room only to find out that none is available? We were given a substandard room that looked like a construction zone! I was refunded a seemingly small amount for the inconvenience, but I believe I should have been...

'Terrible experience with Xperia and property. We booked and paid for our stay in advance. Live 3 hours away, upon arriving around 10 pm we were told that Xpedia overbooked there hotel and they had no rooms available. We had to scramble in an unclean and what looked like unsafe property at almost midnight. Absolute terrible and unsafe experience for our family.'

'The bed was nice. Most of the outlets in the room didn’t work, including the bathroom outlet outlets. The towels were small and thin the light fixtures and TV were extremely outdated, but we were comfortable. The microwave worked, but the turntable inside didn’t match the microwave. It had a weird smell throughout the hotel.'
