Mooi appartement stappen naar South Haven North strand

'Casa B2' is het bovenappartement van 98 Chicago Avenue. 'Casa B2' werd oorspronkelijk gebouwd in de late jaren 1800 als een eengezinswoning. Het is momenteel een twee-appartement met afzonderlijke accommodaties op de eerste en tweede verdieping verbonden via buitendek en trappen. Beide appartementen zijn te huur met maximaal vier gasten elk. 'Casa B2' zit vol met upgrades en biedt vier gasten voldoende ruimte om te genieten van hun vakantie in South Haven. Er zijn een 1/2 baden, aanrecht en een grote eettafel. 'Casa B2' is onberispelijk schoon en onberispelijk onderhouden.
Enkele van de interieurafwerkingen van 'Casa B2' zijn onder meer Knotty pecan-keukenkasten met verhoogde paneeldeuren, handgemaakte terracotta vloertegel in de keuken, op maat gemaakte Carrara marmeren ijdelheidsbovenkant en inloopdouche in de complete badkamer en tong in natuurlijke groef witte eikenhouten vloeren.

Geniet na een lange dag op het strand van de centrale airconditioning om af te koelen en van de gloednieuwe twee queensize matrassen en beddengoed voor een vredige nachtrust.

De belangrijkste woonruimte biedt een open concept met tal van grote openslaande ramen die veel natuurlijk licht bieden. Ontspan op de bank en loveseat. Er is voldoende zitplaatsen voor maaltijden. Zit vier aan de balie of zes aan de eettafel.

Enkele van de betere voorzieningen die je in 'Casa B2' kunt vinden, zijn: in eenheid op ware grootte voorlader gestapelde wasmachine en droger, naast elkaar koelkast / vriezer met in de deur ijs- en waterdispenser, Kohler gietijzeren dubbele spoelbak met Kohler Vinnatta Kraan, vaatwasser en een vuilophaal.

Een eigen balkon met zitplaatsen voor vier is net buiten uw deur met een prachtig uitzicht op de jachthaven en de zwarte rivier. Er is ook een gedeelde Weber aardgasbarbecue op het eerste niveau dek voor uw plezier.

Great Location!

Absolutely loved our stay at Casa B2! We will definitely be back. :)Wonderful location, so close to the beach. Clean, charming, inviting, tons of windows with great second story views. You could see glimpses of water from every window. Beds (Queens) are very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. We visited during a heatwave and the A/C worked great. Stacy was wonderful to work with and was very prompt in responding to inquiries. We vacationed there with our sons (23 and 25) and had plenty of room for all of us. The short walk to North Beach was super convenient and made even easier with the beach wagon and chairs included with the apartment. Beach tip: Take "Walk E" to the beach and go to the left to the built in "sidewalk" that extends into the beach. Wagons are hard to pull on the sand so we used the ramp and carried it from there. That end of the beach is also less crowded, I would guess because it's further away from the concession stand. We loved it there. This is not a complaint - We have grown accustomed to VRBO's with shampoo/soap dispensers in the shower. A quick trip to Walgreens solved this little dilemma. Liquid hand soap of course, is provided at every sink.I've included a couple of photos to show a little more of how the apartment is laid out. Please excuse the mess!

Sunset views

The location of this home is amazing. First time staying on North Beach for us. We come several times a summer and usually stay in town. We loved this location! From the huge kitchen window you can watch the gorgeous Lake Michigan sunset. In the mornings, walk to Bunde’s at 7:30am for the most delicious coffee cake. The house was spotless and beautiful. Pro-tip….the driveway is passed the house….not the brick paver drive before it. Also, think about bringing a cozy blanket if you go in cooler months…it got pretty cold at night but we had unusually cold Memorial Day weather. Host was great, neighbors were amazing, we can’t wait to come back to our home away from home South Haven :-)

Great Place to Chill in SoHa

Perfectly placed 2nd floor rental that feels like ranch home that sits on small hill 2 min walk from the beach. House was very clean & layout was great to make the space feel even bigger. Kitchen had great island to sit and hang out with open concept to TV/Couch area. Appliances like new. Master Bath nicely done with walk in & nice to have extra half bath for getting ready. 2 Bedrooms/Beds great. Windows are everywhere to see different views of the River & Lake. Nice Small Deck to see river & be outside. Beach is very clean and great views/sunset. Easy walk to dwtn restaurants/bars. Bunde's Coffee 5 min walk in AM. Really didn't need to move care in 3 days as many things available within 15 min walk max. Stacy was a super accessible host that made check in/out easy and she provided great ideas on places to explore. IF staying multiple days - go up to Saugatuck for a day trip. Rental perfect for small family or 4 Adults. Would certainly rent again, and plan to be back!

A gem of a find in South Haven

Located in a quiet neighborhood a block and a half from North Beach, Casa B2 was extremely clean, spacious and very comfortable for our short stay. We ate most of our meals on the balcony and could watch the boats come and go on the Black River. We definitely will be back!

Can’t go wrong with this location! Beautiful neighborhood with easy and close access to the beach. If you plan on waking up and walking to the north beach, this is the spot for you. We also drove to South beach and this is also easy to navigate! The property was very clean and check-in and out was seamless.

Lovely home in a great location!

Awesome location! Just a short walking distance to the beach, a 5-minute walk to Bunde’s cafe, short drive across the bridge and into the main area of town! It was a bit difficult being on the top level (Casa B2) with little ones since it’s an older house with many breakable items - our toddlers want to run around and be loud, but we didn’t want to disturb the guests underneath in Casa B, and we had to move many items onto the counter to prevent them from breaking anything. Greatly appreciated the use of the wagon for hauling our gear to the beach! Also helpful to have the ability to do laundry, as well as the use of the pack n play! Thanks so much for the prompt communication as well! We really enjoyed our stay! South Haven is a cute town with plenty to do nearby, and we loved being so close to it all!

Fabulous Location

Casa B is in a great location, just a few steps away from the beach. We loved morning coffee on the upstairs deck, watching the boats go out on the river. The apartment is well stocked, we needed nothing. Special touches you don't get everywhere were tissue boxes in each room as well as quality toilet paper. I would highly recommend!

We have vacationed in South Haven for the last 15 years and this was the rare time we returned to the same rental from the year before. We love the location and the place. Has all we need for the week. We have converted to "North Beachers" from now on. Look forward to returning again next year.

Wonderful location steps to North Beach. Plenty of indoor space, slept 4 comfortably. Plenty of amenities, good wi-fi, washer/dryer is key to a beach vacation! This was our second year returning, and we hope to book again next year!
