De 'B-Hive' is alleen te huur voor volwassen, rustige, respectvolle en verantwoordelijke families. Als u op zoek bent naar een plek om de hele nacht luide, wilde feesten te houden, ga dan verder met zoeken want dit is niet het eigendom voor u.


Ons huis is ideaal gelegen op slechts een steenworp afstand van het prachtige North Beach van South Haven. De sleutel tot deze locatie is dat er geen enorme heuvels of eindeloze trappen zijn om op en neer te klimmen tijdens het lopen van en naar het strand. Dit is een belangrijk detail dat veel eigenaren vergeten te delen bij het beschrijven van de locatie van hun onroerend goed !!!

De B-Hive heeft vijf (5) slaapkamers met drie (3) volledige baden. De slaapkamers bestaan uit vier queensize bedden en de vijfde slaapkamer heeft een combinatie van twee uitschuifbed. Alle kamers zijn smaakvol ingericht en bieden een comfortabel gevoel.

Nieuwe armaturen, afwerkingen en meubels !!!: Het huis is gerenoveerd met nieuwe afwerkingen en apparaten met behoud van het gevoel van het oorspronkelijke karakter en architectonische details. Het terras is ongeveer 400 vierkante voet en is perfect voor een barbecue na een ontspannende dag op het strand. Op loopafstand zijn verschillende uitstekende restaurants, parken, winkels en de nieuwe gemeentelijke jachthaven.

Met voor elk wat wils is de B-Hive zonder twijfel de beste locatie voor de zomervakantie van uw gezin!

Drie volle baden !!!: We horen vaak van onze gasten dat ze eerder huizen huurden die plaats bieden aan tien (10) gasten met slechts één of twee badkamers. Breng uw vakantie niet door in de rij om de badkamer te gebruiken. De B-Hive heeft drie prachtige badkamers voor uw gebruik. Twee volledige badkamers bevinden zich op de eerste verdieping en een complete badkamer bevindt zich op de tweede verdieping. De eerste verdieping badkamer op het zuiden is een eigen en-suite badkamer gewijd aan die slaapkamer. Er is ook een 50 liter, zeer efficiënte, snel herstellende boiler, zodat de laatste van uw groep die een douche neemt dit niet hoeft te doen met ijskoud water.

Our Stay at the B-Hive

We loved our stay at the Beehive. The house was well stocked and clean. We especially love the great location and easy walk to the beach in downtown. The host responded quickly to any questions we asked. Would love to go back again someday!

Great location!

We are a family with 6 adults, 3 kids 4,5,7 and an infant. The property was in a great location! Quick walk to beach even with small children! Easy walk to restaurants and shops. House was clean, had a well stocked kitchen, everything you need. The 3 full bathrooms were ideal for our family. The dining table and huge couch were perfect for us all to be together! The washer/dryer was a plus to wash suits and towels after the beach. The host was very responsive when we reached out. The middle upstairs bedroom was quite warm for sleeping, a fan was provided but a window air conditioner would be helpful. The mattress in that room is worn. We are a family that doesn’t wear shoes in the house so we thought a tall shoe rack would come in handy. To summarize, the bhive was a great choice and we would highly recommend it to other families.

Location is everything

We had a pleasant stay however the bed upstairs desperately needs replaced and doesn’t offer a restful sleep at all. We have a year and a half and 4.5 year old who fell often in the living room area too since there is a step down into the living room so just be aware if you have young kids. Overall this rental worked for us but would have liked a more kid friendly place. You can’t beat this location!

Good experience

Overall, we had a good experience. We had a couple of issues and the owner/manager immediately responded and remedied the problem as best as possible. The house is charming and the location is prime—just a short 3 minute walk to North Beach. The home is starting to show some wear and tear and needs a little TLC; especially the upstairs. The upstairs furniture needs to be refreshed. The two upstairs queen mattresses desperately need to be replaced and fresh paint is needed upstairs too. The air conditioning barely works upstairs, if at all. You basically have to crank the air to 67° and wait for it to cool down upstairs while freezing the downstairs. Fans were provided but it just wasn’t enough. The cold air return ducts throughout the house are covered in dust. Would I rent this place again or recommend it? MAYBE... I was actually hoping to rent the same house for next year because it is charming and the location is great, but I think we might try somewhere else instead. Oh and the house isn’t yellow it’s white . Very confusing when pulling up to the rental the picture online need to be retaken.

Pleasant Beehive Stay

Check-in and communications were easy. House was clean and well supplied. Location was amazing in terms of just a 5-minute walk to North Beach. Minor improvements could be made to broken blind cords, worn bath rugs and toss bed pillows, and some worn toss blankets. Generally, the Beehive was a great place to stay for a large family or 2-3 smaller families together. We would gladly book it again.

Memorial Day Memories!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and well prepared for our arrival. There is plenty of room throughout the entire layout and the large sectional in the main living area is very comfortable, clean and relaxing after a day at the beach. The beach is truly a short 2 minute walk and leads to you a great beach location. Check in/out was smooth and contactless. We hope to book this house again when it's available!

Adorable home and so close to the beach

We stayed with my mom, sister, and my two children (2 and 4). There were plenty of bathrooms and the house was very clean. Best part is it is on the same street as North Beach. We were able to walk with a day's worth of beach gear, two small children, and I'm 7mos pregnant. No stairs from the driveway to the beach and an easy walk, even for young kids. Definitely would recommend this property!

We had such a great weekend at this property! The location was amazing and close to absolutely everything. We didn’t drive once the whole weekend, but enjoyed our nice walks to dinner and the beach. The house was very clean and just as described. A perfect weekend!

It was generally a nice property in a great location. It worked well for 8 adults. I felt a main negative were the conditions of the mattresses. All seemed past their prime, especially upstairs in the south bedroom. Also, as an energy ad safety matter, the hot water temperature should be reduced, especially with young children in the house. Some other minor maintenance items were noted, such as the ice maker was not functional, and the ceiling fan in the middle bedroom upstairs did not work. These items did not detract significantly from an enjoyable stay. Thank you.
