Perfect family vaccination
The home was beautiful and functional - the 5 teenagers stayed in the basement which was the perfect amount of privacy for them. South haven is a safe town - the teens can spend the day bike riding or in town on their own. Then the whole family can enjoy the beach which is literally right out the door! Running back to the house so the younger kids could have quiet time or lunch was simple. There are lots of lovely places in the house to sit and read - and multiple balconies to enjoy. As long as everyone in the group can climb stairs this is perfect vacation home. Loved the private yard space too.

Let Your Cares Wash Way In South Haven
This property was excellent. We came with 11 people across three (3) different families and there was plenty of room for everyone. The four (4) total floors allows folks a lot of room to hang out together but also retreat to a quiet spot when you need to. The location and proximity to the beach could not have been better. Also, having the chairs and boogie boards already there was so convenient. Plenty of outdoor space. The owner was very nice and accommodating. We had a mix-up with the lock on the first day and she answered our call right away and got us sorted out. We will definitely try and book this house again!

South Haven Family Weekend
This is a beautiful, well-maintained home in an A+ location near North Beach. We had a great time, loved having pool table and ping pong available. The only drawback is that the home is on four levels, so if you have anyone physically challenged in your traveling party, you may want to consider something more feasible. All-in-all, this is an amazing property.

Lovely girls weekend getaway

Perfect week on the beach!
We just had a picture perfect week in South Haven at this property. Plenty of room for extended family to visit and large entertaining areas that let us all spread out. Loved that there were many beach chairs and umbrellas we could use and just a very short walk down the public access parking area to what feels like your own private beach on most days. House is beautiful, just like in pictures. Yard is well taken care of and a great place to relax after a day at the beach. We had one maintenance issue that was handled very quickly. The only very tiny little detail I might suggest is that they have beach towels that can go down to the beach for our use. Both families that stayed at the property traveled across the country and had to go out and buy towels the first day which proved challenging at the end of the summer. Overall, a very positive experience was had by all. Highly recommended!!

Great place for a large family!
We rented this property for a week with several other families. This is a great location with a small public beach less than a block away. The house has four levels so everyone had plenty of room to spread out or spend time together in the kitchen/living room area. The teens commandeered the basement AND the top floor at times, with the pool table and their own tv. We loved the small balcony for our morning coffee and the ten minute walk downtown.

Best Vrbo experience yet!
I can genuinely say this was by far the best Vrbo house I’ve ever stayed at. The size and layout of the house was perfect for our group, which consisted of 3 different families and ranging in age from 18 months to 70 years old. Having the bedrooms spread out across 3 separate floors, with the living and dining area on its own floor, provided just the right amount of privacy. The house was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The three separate balconies provided lots of outdoor space. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, and the walk to the beach was under two minutes. The beach itself was small, which was perfect for us because it wasn’t nearly as crowded as the main beach, which itself is no more than a 10 minute walk away. As an FYI, we had the east home, which faces the road instead of the beach. I would try for the west home if both are available, but this is such a minor point. Would definitely book again; not cheap, but well worth the money. 10 out of 10 stars.

My mom and 4 siblings (with spouses) stayed at this beautiful home the end of April and beginning of May. The house was super clean and everything we needed was in the house. Such a large, open home with awesome kitchen and living spaces! Would highly recommend!

Wonderful week in South Haven!
We had a wonderful time at Julia's place in South Haven! The condo was beautiful, and having the beach right there, was perfect for us! My only advice, for those planning a trip during COVID times, getting take out food is very difficult in South Haven. We were a party of seven, and most restaurants in the area were overwhelmed with large parties & to go orders, that we struggled to find dinner some nights. We should have just cooked in, and utilized the beautiful kitchen & BBQ pit that Julia has!!!

We rented this house because we wanted to be close to the beach and downtown. It is a great location for both. Really close to a wonderful stretch of beach and walkable to downtown. The house is very comfortable even with a lot of people there. Lots of room for everyone. Everything was neat and clean when we arrived. Julia answered all my questions right away. We had a fabulous time and are looking forward to going there again.

Perfect gathering home
We rented the east house. The location is perfect and the home itself is perfect for family/friends get together. The home is very spacious and the floor plan is very well set up. Julia was very attentive every time I had a question or needed to contact her she responded definitely within 24 hours. We would walk to the beach several times during the day, morning noon and night. Hopefully we will be able to stay there again.

Beautiful, spacious home just steps from the beach
Our family of eight adults and three children spent a wonderful week here. The location was excellent and the home was beautiful. The main floor was perfect for us to gather and the four separate floors gave everyone their own space. The coffee shop next door was very convenient for those Starbucks cravings and the short walk to the beach or into town was perfect. Julia was very responsive to all communications and provided great detail for our stay.

Beautiful, Spacious, Modern Beach House
We rented the house for a group of 12 women having bridal shower/bachelorette weekend in South Haven. The house was perfect. It was spacious, nicely furnished, comfortable and right on the beach. If you are planning a trip to South Haven with a nice-sized group of people, I would highly recommend renting this house. I have no complaints and will rent again when I come back to South Haven!
