Ons huis kijkt uit over de Black River op steenworp afstand van het centrum van South Haven en op 7 minuten wandelen langs de Riverwalk naar South Beach en de South Haven Lighthouse.
Het eerste niveau van ons huis is strandhuisjes ingericht met alle voorzieningen die u nodig heeft voor een ontspannen strandvakantie met het gemak van de winkels en restaurants van South Haven letterlijk om de hoek.

Wij bieden:
2 slaapkamers, 1 koningin en 1 met twee eenpersoonsbedden en 1 ligbad
Volledige keuken met alle benodigde voorbereidingsgerei, servies en buitengrill.
Alle beddengoed en handdoeken zijn aanwezig. Neem gewoon je favoriete strandlaken mee!
Gratis WiFi, kabel-tv en dvd-speler
Grote, afgeschermde veranda om te dineren, te ontspannen en de boten in de actieve haven van South Haven te bekijken
We zijn bij uitstek geschikt voor een klein gezin van 4 of 4 volwassenen die willen delen.

South Haven wordt een winterwonderland dat meestal begint tijdens de feestdagen. Langlaufen, sneeuwschoenwandelen, schaatsen en sleeën zijn enkele van de nabijgelegen activiteiten, met name tijdens Ice Breaker Fest in februari!

In het seizoen, meestal van Memorial tot Labor Day weekends, geven we de voorkeur aan wekelijkse, zaterdag tot zaterdag verhuur voor $ 1.400 per week.
Dagelijkse tarieven van $ 250 (minimaal 3 dagen) zijn mogelijk op aanvraag beschikbaar.
Buiten het seizoen, meestal 15 september - 15 mei, tarieven zijn verdisconteerd 30-50%.
Check-in is na 15:00 uur en check-out is voor 11:00 uur.
Alle kosten (schoonmaak, etc.) zijn inbegrepen in de weekprijs.

This is one of our favorite places to stay. The view of the marina, and the manicured lawn and gardens, is quite wonderful. Very peaceful, and relaxing. And yet, you are but a 5 minute walk to downtown. It is a location, and a property, that can't be beat.

We loved the location at the end of a dead-end road and the hosts were really nice people. We had a great time in SH and will come back sometime in the future. The only complaint is the floors are thin and we can hear the owners upstairs, but we loved the place.

Cute apartment!

The perfect size and accommodations for our group of 4. We loved and enjoyed sitting out on the screened in porch over looking the Black River. If you ever stay here, make sure you check out their impressive flower garden. My only request would be to have more comfortable beds.

Great location!

First, I want to compliment the host (John) who was very nice and great with communication before and during the whole trip. Second- the location was fantastic. It was the last house on a dead end right be the lake. I loved sitting on the covered porch swing and watching the boats. We could walk downtown (a couple blocks) or walk down to the Riverfront walk. Watching the beautiful sunset was a bonus. We ate dinner and shopped or just walked around South Haven. That town is hopping. We had to wait to get in restaurants. We also took a short drive to Saugantuck which was a beautiful artsy/charming town. We walked along the waterway, as well as ate there. Not sure why I waited so long to visit that area. It quickly become a favorite. Enjoy your trip if you go! Linda

Wonderful location

This apartment was perfect for our needs. Close to town and in a very quaint neighborhood. We had everything we needed . We also had access to beach chairs umbrellas coolers and anything we needed for beach days! Only slight complaint was the mattress on the queen bed but not a deal breaker. Had a wonderful time here drinking our coffee on the porch overlooking the harbor

The perfect getaway

This is our second stay at crimson sun and we love it! The perfect location to walk into town or to the beach, quiet at night and the best hosts. The home is always clean and comfortable. Check in is super easy and the gardens around the home are perfect for pictures!

We recently stayed at this lovely home with our two young children, aged four and six, and had a wonderful experience. The house was perfect for our family. It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Wonderful week!

We loved our week in South Haven! The house was exactly as pictured and described. It was a perfect location for walking to the beach and to downtown. Excellent location

We had an amazing two night stay here while I was in town for a HDPE event at Gingerman Raceway. The drive was less than 12 minutes to Gingerman and within walking distance of everything downtown South Haven including the beach. Terrific location, clean, and well maintained. Lovely garden as well. I also drive a lowered car and it was able to clear the driveway entry, just barely!

Perfect for Our Girls’ Trip!

The location was absolutely fantastic and our hosts were so amazing. They brought us fresh cut flowers from their beautiful garden, made sure we were set and then left us alone. Easy keypad check-in, comfortable and clean space, and walking distance to everything we wanted to do in SoHa! We will definitely be back!!

Overlook South Haven Harbor

Nice property with a beautiful sprawling garden throughout the yard. It's a bit cramped inside, but you want to get out to the beach anyway! We were given a fresh bunch of flowers, which was nice. Communication with the owners was good, and we received good restaurant suggestions. The ceiling is not the most soundproof, and it's quite easy to hear walking from the upstairs where the owners stay. Some were pretty late at night. But I have very sensitive hearing, so it may not be an issue for most people. And I wouldn't consider the noise excessive.
