As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an inviting and open living space, complete with comfortable seating, a Large Sony Smart TV with Wide Viewing Angle and a cozy fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen includes high-end cookware, crystal wine glasses, fine china dinnerware and lots of kids plates and cups.  In the kitchen you will find a breakfast/coffee area stocked with Nespresso, Keurig, Cuisinart Drip Coffee Makers and even a commercial waffle maker!  Adjacent to the kitchen is the ultimate relaxing sunroom!  The sunroom boasts plenty of luxury and comfort to sit, relax and take in the views.  The kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and snacks, but most importantly, it's a place where family and friends can gather to have that memorable summer dinner together!



On the upper level, you'll find 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own unique charm and personality. Uniquely designed bedrooms bring back the memories from the stories you treasure. It's a soft and comforting place to rest and sleep after a fun day of summer. All bedrooms are equipped with deep gel memory foam mattresses and Sealy pillows. The master suite features a king-sized bed, a reading nook with a great view of the dragonfly pond and 2 comfortable chairs. The Master suite has a large bathroom with a walk-in closet. perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring all that South Haven has to offer.



Down the hall from the master is a large hall bathroom, 2 queen guest rooms, the double twin bed guest room and a full laundry room.  This home is equipped with a dual zone HVAC system to ensure the right temps on all floors for year-round comfort. 



The lower level offers an additional guest bedroom with 2 full size beds, a full bathroom, and a cozy sitting area with a large LGsmart TV and blue-ray player.  The large living room is equipped with a great selection of movies, games and a drawing easel.  The room also has the perfect desk area for those who have to bring work/school on vacation. Need additional sleeping arrangements for your family?  The lower level has 2 additional beds to make sure the whole family can come.   



Outside, On the back patio, you'll find plenty of seating, a large Sunbrella and a gas grill.  Sit in the over-sized cushion chairs, sip a glass of wine, watch the dusk settle in.  The patio is perfect for enjoying a meal or cocktail while taking in the picturesque views of the surrounding area.  On the front porch you can sit with a cup of coffee and enjoy the morning sun.  The peaceful community has beautiful surroundings so you can go for a walk holding hands and watch the turtles in the pond.

Living in downtown Chicago, I fell in love the first night I slept in South Haven, at my friend's cottage. I treasure all the memories and moments I had with a group of wonderful friends. It's a special place with everlasting memories.

I enjoyed the magical summer nights, the stars, the sunsets, beaches, the sail boats, farmer's market... But what I treasure the most are the friends, family, gatherings, conversations around the dinner table with glasses of wine and wonderful food.

Reservations include use of the entire house, back patio with grill & outdoor seating, and attached garage. Guests receive access to the Woodland Harbor Marina, the Harbor Club Resort`s clubhouse, community pool, and fire-pits. Boats (speed boats, pontoon boats, dinghy boats, and kayaks), boat slips, golf carts, beach carts, bicycles, and more are all available to guests (for additional rental fees). The Resort`s private streets are perfect for strolling or biking and the Kal-Haven Trail-head is also nearby for those who enjoy outdoor activities.​​​​​​​



Our Welcome Center Office is staffed and open in the Resort Mon-Sat, 9am-5pm EST. A member of our concierge team is available by phone or text 24/7 should any needs or emergencies arise during your stay. ​​​​​​​South Haven, Michigan is a quaint and peaceful beach-town that is perfect for families and groups looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Our cottages are centrally located with access to the Kal-Haven Trail, beaches, the Black River, family activities, dining, shopping, golf courses, wineries, and more!​​​​​​​This property is a vacation rental in the Summer (June, July, & August), available for long term rentals of 1-6 months outside of that season. Located 1 mile from downtown South Haven, 1/4 mile from Lake Michigan, easy commute to Holland, Benton Harbor, or Kalamazoo areas! The Harbor Club South Haven Resort offers private streets for walking or biking with pets, children, or the group you are traveling with. A quaint pond and bridge offer a peaceful place to stroll and watch the local wildlife. The Resort is located on preserved wetlands and woodlands on the Black River and includes a gorgeous private marina.



City bus routes and taxis will come into the resort and directly up to the cottage to pick up and drop off guests. Winery tour buses run through the area and several highway entry and exits are within one mile for easy travel.



Check in at 4pm EST. If housekeeping staff is able to prepare the home sooner, we will make every effort to contact guests and allow an early check in. Check in takes place at our Welcome Center Office in the Harbor Club South Haven Resort (330 Ash Street, South Haven MI). At least a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Guests have until 30 days prior to check in to pay the remaining balance. Please contact our reservationist for specific details. All towels, linens, paper products, and a starter kit of soaps are included in the cottage rental. Guests receive access to the resort's marina, clubhouse, community pool, and fire pits. Boat, golf cart, beach cart, and bicycle rentals are all available in the community. Harbor Club Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
