Renter is responsible for making the beds when they arrive. If there are any items missing please let us know immediately.


Before checking out:

All beds must be striped of sheets and pillow covers and placed in supplied linen bags.
All bathroom towels, face cloths, and bath mats must be placed in supplied linen bags.

All kitchen hand towels must be placed in supplied linen bags.

Linen Bags must be near the front porch by 10 AM.

All rooms must be 100% empty of all personal contents, dishes, and garbage.

All dishes/ kitchen utensils must be washed and returned to where you found them.

All Garbage and Recycling must be neatly placed in out door cans.
