LIVING AREAS

Outfitted with vaulted ceilings, the living room features a comfy sectional, gas fireplace, and 42in TV. A game room has foosball, gas fireplace, 60in TV, and a wet bar.

KITCHEN & DINING

The kitchen offers granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. When it's time to eat, gather at the formal dining table for six or the island with seating for five.

BED & BATH

The primary bedroom offers a king bed, a two-sided fireplace, 55in smart TV, and a private balcony. An en-suite bathroom features a jetted tub and walk-in shower. A second bedroom has a full-size bed and a twin bed, with an adjacent half bath. The third guest room has a queen bed; a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination is located right outside the door. The fourth bedroom offers a queen bed, leather lounge chair, 40in TV, and direct access to the second-floor bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A fifth bedroom offers a queen bed.

OUTDOOR AREA

A deck overlooking the fenced backyard offers a gas grill, two rocking chairs, and alfresco dining for six.

Although this home is not equipped with air conditioning, it is rarely needed with Tahoe's mild summer weather.
Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.

Holiday weekend getaway

Great location! Great size! Nice Property. However, their cleaning crew could use a talking too. Thats a FAT chunk of our rental rate and we'd say they were below par...

Nice property

The upstairs bathroom toilet needs to be fixed. The patio furniture on the back deck was useless as a table had no glass in it and glass was on the patio so that should be cleaned up and the umbrella is worthless. It would be best to take care of that before the next occupants come in, otherwise the house was in good order and we enjoyed it. We did find a couple of cracked windows throughout the house but I’m sure you must be aware of those that was all there before we arrived.

South Lake Tahoe Weekend -

Overall, the interior of the home was clean and nice. We were very disappointed in the the condition of the exterior. The Patio glass table top had shattered and was not usable. There were also glass shards remaining on the deck. the umbrella is broken and shredded. So it rendered the patio quite useless. The screen doors on the kitchen and master bedroom doors were also broken. The window in the back of the garage was broken. All and all, It was a bit disapointing.

Beautiful house

The house was beautiful and big with plenty of room for all of us to hangout and not get into each other's face. The garage was spacious and allowed both cars to be indoor. We came on a week that had a good forecast for snowfall, hence did not go anywhere except hanging out at the house , cook & eat, and play in the snow in the yard. The kitchen had supplies and good cooking and serving ware and had high end appliances that was easy to use. The living room had a lot of light and nice furniture. The beds were comfortable to sleep. There were plenty of towels for the bathroom use. The toiletries were good and adequate. The kids had a great time playing with the abundance of snow in the yard the whole time. Which leads to the needs improvement part of my review. The game tables, both the air hockey and the Fooşball table, were broken. The boys didn't get to play it. The board games were missing pieces. There were missing pictures on wall which we noted in the bathroom and gameroom with only a picture hook. Perhaps the party that stayed there prior to us checking in had a wild time. With that said, we arrived and had to wait over an hour for the cleaning to be done. Probably no fault of the cleaning crew but wanted to share that it was a lot of trash they cleaned up in bags...A LOT!! Overall, we had a great time. Just wished the kids were able to use the games that were offered in the booking.
