This home can accommodate a maximum of 10 adults and up to 2 children under 13 years of age; this applies 24/7. It offers comfortable sleeping and dining for a family of 12.

Resort Amenities: Heated lodge pool and hot tub open year-round. Lakeside pool, kiddie pool (both open during summer) & hot tub are all just steps from the private beach. A relaxing sauna & fitness center located in the lodge. The beach is a family favorite, admire lake views from the pier, gather at the seasonal fire pits or BBQs and first-come, first-served boat buoys for a perfect Tahoe escape.

Sleeping arrangements include a 1st-floor primary suite with queen bed and ensuite, two additional 1st-floor bedrooms with two queen beds each, a 2nd-floor queen bedroom, and a loft with a twin-over-twin bunk.

Just steps from a private beach and picturesque pier, guests can enjoy stunning lake views, seasonal fire pits, and seasonal water activities like kayaking and paddleboarding. Heavenly Ski Resort beckons winter sports enthusiasts, while world-class golf courses, scenic hiking and biking trails, and the breathtaking Emerald Bay provide year-round adventure. With dozens of dining options, shopping, and entertainment nearby, this lively yet peaceful neighborhood is an ideal base for exploring all that Tahoe has to offer.

Parking passes must be displayed in your vehicle while parked on the property and returned to the home at checkout. If a pass is taken from the property, it must be returned or shipped back within 72 hours (tracking required) or a $250 fee will apply.
