This was a great rental for the two of us - it was a doable walk to the gondola and into town, the hot tub was right outside our door, and the space itself was clean and comfortable. We'd recommend it for 2 people!

We had such a great stay! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect close to shops and restaurants but still quiet and relaxing. The host was easy to communicate with and made check-in a breeze. We’d definitely stay here again!

Weekend getaway!

Easy process to check in and check out. Having the full kitchen helped as well. Did replace tv remote batteries, hottub could have used a cleaning. I think the other seperated units are a better bet. Walls are thin and hearing the next door neighbors all day and night got a bit tiring. With all that said though it was a very clean and well kept place. Close to the main street and lots to choose from shopping and dinning wise. Plenty of towels and the extra pillows and blankets came in handy. Very cozy and home feeling. Would still re book and reccommend for a weekend getaway. Thanks again!.

Lovely but cold and a little dirty.

The check-in/out process was incredibly easy. We stayed here for a little date/getaway week. The location of this property was absolutely perfect for us as so much was within walking distance. It was quiet and we never heard our neighbors. The only discrepancies we noted and prevented us from giving a full 5 star review was the following: Bedding was not clean. The top sheet felt like it was covered in sand when laying between it and the comforter. There was hair in the bed that did not belong to us. We could not get the heat to start so it was pretty cold and we were nervous to mess with it too much due to the amount of collected dust. Lastly, the property did advertise a blow dryer, but we were unable to locate it.

Convenient location for Lake Tahoe

This little cabin/apt was a great location with easy access to stores and restaurants and bars. It was a short walk to gondola and to a state park with hiking right behind the casinos. Only complaint was minimal kitchen supplies and only one mirror. I would not have more than 2 people stay here at a time either. Overall happy with this place.

Wonderful location

We had an amazing time at this property. Location was perfect for Heavenly Village, restaurants, etc. Property was very clean on arrival, bed was comfortable, shower was nice with great water pressure. A couple of things that would’ve made our stay better- there was not enough toilet paper or dishwasher tabs. There was no salt or pepper in the kitchen. We traveled as a group of 3 women, and there is only one mirror in the house. A mirror in the bedroom would have been extremely helpful. There were pillows for the pull out sofa but no extra pillowcases. Our stay was wonderful but those things would’ve helped make it even better. Overall we enjoyed this place and would stay here again.

Excellent Rental

This cabin was perfect for our stay and it is located in a great location - minutes from the Heavenly plaza area, while also being away from all the noise. There is a beach less than a 10 minute walk away and the neighborhood was lovely. I did have a small issue but management quickly responded and went out of their way to provide a solution. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends!

First Time To Tahoe

The unit was very clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. Great location and close to restaurants. We never actually went to the gondola and took an uber or I drove to the CA Lodge, literally 8 mins away. Bed was super comfy and shower was great. Could do with a few more towels for guests and internet is very weak during busy periods or storms. We thoroughy enjoyed our stay and absolutely intend to return.

No early check-in at this place, even if only 30 min prior to check-in and housekeepers done with cleaning. Won’t let us have extra towels—will only allow 4 for a family of 4. The communication was prompt but zero flexibility on anything.

Convenient Location

Close enough to the gondola to walk if snowboarding, too far for ski boots unless you rent a locker for your shoes. For the most part the furniture was fine. The mattress was good, the kitchen table or the floor wasn't level and would rock back and forth. The metal plastic chairs would squeek while setting in them. Had most of the cookware needed to cook. Now exhaust fan in the bathroom. Very steamy if taking a hot shower. There was a broken gutter by unit number one. The snow melt from the roof froze on the sidewalk making passage very treacherous. My wife said she fell twice luckily she was not injured. I saw the maintenance person and let him know about the sidewalk. The next day as we were leaving, I saw a bag of snow melt. Not sure if that works on ice though.

Great location, nice property

I would say this rental experience was excellent. The property was located within walking distance to Heavenly village. It was a good size for our family of 4 and it was very clean upon check in. They cleared the snow from the walkways so you had a path to your door. The hot tub was a bonus:) The only things I wish is, since there’s no laundry machines, some extra towels would have been nice and some extra paper products (toilet paper/paper towels) since we stayed 5 nights with a family of 4 we didn’t have enough and had to go out and buy some.

Great place near Heavenly Resort

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was clean and organized when we arrived with plenty of storage for all of our ski/snow gear. The unit came equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen to make a few of our meals while we were there. The only complaint we had was the parking situation which is more a product of the snow than anything wrong with the property itself. When we arrived, other residents staying at the property (there are five units in all) had already parked and due to the snow and ice, they had taken up all five parking spaces between their four cars. We just ended up parking across the street at the Green Tea Lodge for the night and moving our car after other folks had checked out. It was a little annoying feeling like we had to stress about where to park, but the parking lot for this unit is small since much of the plowed snow is still around. Otherwise, everything about this place was awesome. It is just a short walk to the Heavenly village where there are a lot of dining options and you can ride the gondola up to ski or tube if that’s more your speed. We were really happy with our stay and would definitely do it again.

Decent, once warm

Nice place, close ( walking distance) to shops, restaurants and casino. Price point was great. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the gas heater (furnace) was off so the place was 52 degrees. I am very handy but took an hour to get the heater working, lighting pilot light, keeping the furnace lit, finding and turning on the circuit to operate the heater. Then the place warmed up and was functional to thermostat settings. Still took less time to get a repairman to the place and fix the problems. Jacuzzi saved the day!!
