The Perfect Home for Gatherings, The Tower House sits majestically at the top of a hill surrounded by mature trees, grass (or snow!) and fresh air in South Londonderry. The spacious, four level home easily accommodates up to eighteen guests comfortably.

Tower House was built with family and friends in mind, and it shows in every detail. Our spacious home was designed to bring people together yet give everyone space to breathe. Peaceful, relaxing and private.

It's a big place in a big space so get comfortable and come take a look.

Entering on the second level, the first thing you’ll notice is how open and airy the house is. Light pours in during the day and the big windows bring nature right up to you. No fussiness here. Instead, the rooms are graced with gorgeous Southern Yellow Pine wood floors and beams and comfortable furniture that add to the welcoming atmosphere.

On this level you’ll find a living room with a fireplace, a dining area with a large table and the very well-equipped kitchen that can handle everything from coffee to a holiday meal.

There’s another gathering room with chairs and a couch, foosball table, 75-inch television and another large dining table for overflow, games or maybe even an-old fashioned jigsaw puzzle. You'll find a half bath tucked away on this level for convenience

Through the French door and out onto the private deck you’ll find the steps down to the firepit where everyone can gather around fin the evening.

On the third level there are three more bedrooms and two full baths, more light and beautiful views. The washer and dryer are also located on this level.

Up another flight and you’ll discover two more bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bath. So, what’s on the first level?

On the lower level you’ll find a large, mountain bunk room with four twin beds, a large wall-mounted television. It’s a great area for the kids to relax after a busy day.

There’s also a 2-car garage with additional parking for 4-6 cars. Four-wheel or all-wheel drive is highly recommended during the winter and mud season.

Tower House was designed for those special gatherings where precious memories are shared and new ones created.

After a day on the slopes, in the shops, on the water or on the trails everyone can gather at the fire pit and toast marshmallows, Soak in the HotTub and just spend time with family and friends.

As Vermont is an exceptional vacation destination in any season, Tower House is a home for all seasons as well with a spacious lawn that can handle a family gathering during the summer. Minutes from the slopes in winter and a half hour from famous Manchester shopping but you’re just eight minutes from the Mountain Marketplace or two minutes from the corner market deli that features delicious sandwiches made to order, and a decent selection of wine and basic groceries.
