'Our place was spectacular! It was clean and very current in fixtures and finishes. We were there a week and the kitchen was great, the master was very nice. Linens were clean. We loved it.
The owners are renovating the property and if the rest of the property is brought to the level of the unit we stayed in, it will be a spectacular place!
We’re already looking for next year!'

'Very friendly staff. my grandson could just walk right out to the patio and beach. The only downfall was that I thought it was pretty wrong for us to walk in our room and smell weed found out. It was coming to the room next to us because they were sitting right outside on their patio smoking. We were in room 117 so they must’ve been in room 118. So then I put a towel under the adjoining door that went to their room but otherwise I found it to be a really nice place..'

'Great historic hotel right on the river bank. The room was nice with a good size bathroom. The bed was a bit soft for our taste, but otherwise comfortable. There is not really a lot of shelve space, so if you're not travelling light, you might struggle to unpack. Every room has a nice terras. The pool is clean, but unheated. Breakfast is at The Mermaid Cafe, 2 door down from the hotel, and it can get very busy there later in the morning. Come early if you want a guaranteed table. Coffee and tea...

'We stayed for 4 nights at the Inn On the Avenue and had a lovely stay. Our hostess, Carol, was incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed in the Starfish Room, and the room was very clean and had all of the amenities we would need. Breakfast was also delicious - pancakes with a delicious array of toppings and then a rotating main dish. The B&B is located in the heart of the Flagler District, near lots of shopping and restaurants and just a few blocks from the beach.'
