'I highly enjoyed my stay at this property. I came with my family so I really needed a place to accommodate all of our needs. And this place did not disappoint. It was very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Although I am a native New Yorker, I no longer live in the city but come home frequently as a “tourist” lol. 'We thought we rented the entire property, but was half of it. expect a lot of stairs. No bath tubs but two showers. some door knobs and locks need maintenance, but overall nice clean rooms.'

'This property was just as pictured. It was very clean. I stayed there alone and i felt very safe. I would definitely rent this apartment again.'

'The apartment was amazing; and it exceeded the description on Vrbo. The fixtures and appliances were all new; the bathrooms and kitchen were remodeled; the bedrooms were fresh and comfortable; and the accomodations were awesome. The apartment is very close to the highway, thus, very convenient to access in/out of the city, etc. And, the host and her on-site property manager (Therese) were fully accessible and accomodating during our stay. A perfect place to visit in the Bronx!'

"Zeer vriendelijk personeel en een mooi schoon hotel. Ontbijt tegen een kleine meerprijs ook prima! Wij hadden een kamer met 2 queensize bedden en een slaapbank. Helaas bleek de slaapbank nog gedekt te zijn met lakens van de vorige gasten, maar dat werd heel snel opgelost met een telefoontje naar de receptie. Openbaar vervoer naar NY is wat lastig maar verder een perfect en betaalbaar hotel met zeer vriendelijke mensen."

"Zeer goed: bed, wifi, airco, douche 24/7 gratis koffie en thee. Matig ontbijt met soms plastic bestek en geen kaas en vleeswaren. Koffieautomaat wilde sommige producten niet schenken. Omgeving nl Bronx zuid: voelt onveilig. vooral als het donker is, vieze straten, junks, bedelaars, schreeuwers, harde muziek."
