This spacious condominium has a lofted 3rd bedroom with the largest floor plan top floor end unit. The view of the bay is breathtaking. We have motorized storm shutters on the deck which make it an outdoor room as well. The whole west wall is glass, and you see water from floor to horizon, blue skies from horizon to ceiling. Looking south one sees the shoreline, migrating birds, Causeway, or looking west and north for the daily main event-the sunset. Watch windsurfer's colorful sails race over the water, all the way up the Bay towards Corpus Christie. We are directly on the Bay 2.9 miles from the Bridge with our own boat docks, and dock lounge area, a perfect place to enjoy a cocktail and watch the sunset.

Have a boat? This is the place for world famous fishing, from your own boat, Fish off the dock, or talk to me for the best Red Fish guide in the area. You can walk, jog or run to the beach! Schlitterbahn amusement park is close by. World class bird watching from the new Birding Center 0.5 miles north of the condo, as is Sea turtle Inc. The condo is also within one mile from the Whaling wall and South Padre Island convention center. Tierra Encantada is the center of Windsurfing and Kites, lessons and rentals are right next store, one place to the south along the bay.
