  • 2BR 1BA - Ongelooflijke locatie aan het strand en prachtig uitzicht op de Golf van Mexico - prachtige eenheid !! Onze vernieuwde 2BR condominium ligt direct aan het strand, met uitzicht op de Golf van Mexico vanaf twee prive balkons. Modern en schoon, met tegels in porcelinhoutlook, granieten aanrecht en de voorzieningen van thuis om uw verblijf ontspannen en comfortabel te maken. Een weergave van een miljoen dollar met een achtergrond van wuivende palmen en warme briesjes. U hoeft niet aan de overkant van de straat of naar een 'toegang tot het strand' te lopen ... Hier bent u op het strand en geniet u van de rustige golfslag en tropische briesjes. Wat je ook graag doet terwijl je op vakantie bent, of het nu gaat om het kilometerslange strand aan de Golf, dineren op verse golfgarnalen, parasailen, vissen, dolfijntochten, golf, tennis of de kinderen naar het waterpark brengen. Ons appartement is in de buurt van dit alles, gelegen aan de populaire zuidkant van het eiland, en op loopafstand van winkels, restaurants en activiteiten. Geniet van het zwembad en bubbelbad aan het strand, binnensauna, barbecueroosters. Ik heb geprobeerd aan de 'kleine dingen' te denken om uw vakantie onvergetelijk te maken!

    Onze vernieuwde appartementen hebben een gastvrije inrichting en beschikken over twee privé-slaapkamers. Er is ook een volledige keuken en eethoek - gemakken van thuis in een prive-paradijs aan het strand! (Opmerking: de eenheid biedt plaats aan 5 met een kingsize bed, een queensize bed en de bank die NIET slaapt. Aanbevolen voor 4 personen, maximaal 6 max als u uw eigen luchtbed meeneemt)

    Ontspan op uw eigen balkon, kijk uit over de Golf van Mexico ... Of u nu aan de eettafel zit, in de woonkamer kletst of een brunch in de keuken klaarmaakt - uw uitzicht is de Golf - en wat een uitzicht is het !!

    Ontsnap aan uw zorgen terwijl u ontspant in het grote zwembad en bubbelbad aan het strand. Geniet van de sauna en de fitnessruimte. Grill uw vers gevangen diner op de BBQ en geniet van dineren aan het strand in onze picknickpaviljoens. Vrienden en familiebijeenkomst? We hebben een prachtige gemeenschappelijke ruimte met keuken, die uitkijkt over het zwembad en het strand.

    Ik heb geprobeerd te denken aan de 'kleine dingen' die er toe doen, zodat uw verblijf in ons appartement een gedenkwaardig verblijf zal zijn en u uw vrienden over ons zult vertellen en steeds weer terug wilt komen.

Beautiful view and great stay

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was well equipped and close to everything. Bonus that the pool was heated and there was a jacuzzi.

Our condo was great and perfect for our little family of 3. Packed extra clothes to avoid coin laundry usage but didnt mind for mid week of beach stuff and pool towels. Coin laundry does do mobile pay if you dont carry coins. Loved sitting out on breezy balcony and the view. Friday night we had a perfect view of the bay fireworks that run every Friday memorial day to labor day. That was fun! We cleared out before big summer family rush but while we were there the pool was kept clean and noise level was minimum. Theres a cvs close by for last min grocery and cooking essentials. Parking was easy. Owner communicated very well. Some boogie boards and beach chairs as well as an inner tube were provided.

Excelled Place, Location and Views!

This condo is everything you need for vacation at SPI. Location is perfect - easy drive, walk to places. Beach is probably 200 hundred steps from the property. Views are spectacular from both balconies. Beds are very comfy, and kitchen has everything you need. Great stay overall and easy, prompt communication with the host. Thank you!

Awesome Condo

The condo was perfect. The best part is having a view on both sides. You can watch the sunrise over the ocean and see the sunset over the Laguna Madre. Also great view of the fireworks on both sides. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed!! It’s a great condo and we will definitely be staying there again in the future!!!

Disappointed

First of all I’ve stayed in Spi many times over the past 20 years. This place did not meet my expectations. Refrigerator took 24 hours to cool. Had to but an ice chest to keep the groceries cool til it started cooling. The silverware was dirty and I had to wash it before using it. No soap in the kitchen container. Internet which was supposed to be premium did not work. Had to use the front desk sign in every single day which was not premium guest. Remote to the tv in the living room was broke and had to use the bedroom remote. No ice maker, had to use ice trays. The shower in the bathroom had hair in the drain yuk, which then gave me impression the place wasn’t cleaned. Water pressure in the bathroom shower was the weakest I have ever seen in my life. We had friends staying in a condo the floor below us that had awesome short water pressure so it’s not the buildings issue. Positives- good communication with the owner but not really resolved except use the check in desk internet sign in and use the bedroom remote. The view is nice.

We had something come up during the stay and the response was way above what was expected! The property owner communicated timely and was amazing! The location was wonderful. We will book this property again for sure!

Condo was great! Nice, clean, and convenient . Check in and out was a easy. The view was just as described. A beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony. You can walk right out to the beach from the condo property. You are also close to good restaurants, gravity park and other fun activities South Padre Island has to offer.

The condo was beautiful and great location.

Our only issues were there was construction above us the first 2 days but we were out and about on the island most of the time. On Sunday a main water line was broke on the island. These things happen I know. It broke mid afternoon . Later that night the management team turned the water off to the building without communicating with any of the guest. No heads up what so ever so after being on the beach all day, not all of us got showers. A simple note on the front door and elevators should have been placed to give us an idea of what was going on. Sandy with Vrbo was great and will booked again.

Easy access to beach/great view

Stayed 4 nights over the Labor Day holiday. Was impressed with how close it is to the beach. The condo was clean and comfortable. Gated parking area. Front desk at condo was friendly. We had a small issue with the tv not picking up the directv channels, but Sandy (owner) was very helpful. It ended up being an internet issue with the condo building and condo maintenance got it fixed right away. I do agree that the shower pressure was a little low, but that was a minor issue. Enjoyed our stay!

Broke bed...

Just as in a previous review. I had to replace the bricks and boards that supported the box spring under the king-size bed. Even after replacing the brick/boards, the mattress had a hump and no longer a dip. Very uncomfortable bed. Replacing the bed frame should be a priority. Inexspensive and fast. Were it not for the bed frame, the stay would have been perfect. Aside from Covid, the lodgings provide beautiful views of the beach from one side, and beautiful views of the bay and fireworks from the other side.

Great getaway right on the beach

We stayed for a long weekend in South Padre and were very pleased with this location. Excellent beach views from the balcony, right on the beach with private access for the condo complex. I like that the parking lot is gated. The king bed is a little soft and the water pressure in the shower is not great but everything else about this place is perfect. We have stayed in many condos over the years on the island and this is one of good ones! Sandy is very easy to communicate with before the trip. We didn’t have any need to reach her during our stay but there were options to get in touch if necessary. The staff at the front desk was also friendly.

Fantastic views

We totally loved our stay here and would stay here again. The views were incredible and the condo was beautifully updated. We got to watch fireworks from our balcony, which was a nice bonus. I really like the security of this place as well. Private access to beach and gated parking lot. Had a minor incident with toilet. I got in touch with Sandy and she took care of it right away!

The condo is very nice! We loved the view!! It was my wife and I with our two kids 12 and 4. It was perfect! The condo is very cozy! The shower and bathroom is very nice. If you want a very nice condo this one is it!!

Nice place, but somewhat lacking in value

My wife and I just stayed here for a long weekend. The condo is very clean and in a great location. It has a beautiful view of the ocean and beach. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but there were a few annoyances. 1. The bed fell apart on our first night which led to a less than restful night of sleep. The owner did fix it the next day; not a huge deal. However, for $300 a night, I was really hoping to not have to deal with some sort of "project". 2. The shower is very nice and recently renovated, but the shower pressure was horrible. It took forever to get clean. Not exactly what I was expecting for $300/night. A higher flow shower head would help tremendously. 3. The deck chairs are just cheap, flimsy things. More inline with a cheap motel than a $300/night condo. Again, we enjoyed our time and don't regret choosing this place, but I can't say I'd readily go back, mainly just because of the lack of value. I'd rather spend just a little more and get a really high-quality place. There are a few things the owner can do to make this place feel more like a higher quality rental.

Poor Customer Service

We had construction above us; new owners were jack hammering out tile. The sound was deafening and our small children that were terrified. Sandy was able to get a friend in the building to let us come shower and rest in their place one afternoon, but that didn't solve much for the next couple days. I asked Sandy if we could take a rain check or get put into a hotel, but no such luck. I played the sound for her, and let her know that the workers would be there from 9-5 during the week. Her response was that we could enjoy the beach/town all day and come back after the workers left. That wasn't going to work with small children who needed to rest. If someone was staying in my home, I'd do everything in my power to go above and beyond to ameliorate a situation like this. Great view, nicely appointed, but weak on customer service.

great property - clean well maintained complex

Great location. Nice clean unit with great views and easy access to the beach. Loved the pool area with the outdoor grills. Very courteous and helpful staff.

Its where you want to be!!!

Clean, comfortable and very easy. We had a light night check in, the front desk is always open, so if you arrive late as we did, the condo is available ...anytime! We've stayed at this property before and this view was much better, than our previous stay. Very comfortable beds, linens and pillows, they made the stay much more pleasurable after a day at the beach. Kitchen was fully equipped, great blender for pina coladas!! DVD easy to work, all & all I reluctantly recommend, I say reluctantley because the next time we want to tay, it will be booked!!
