Het eetgedeelte en de keuken bevinden zich ook op de 2e verdieping en hebben een mooi open concept met voldoende ruimte voor mensen om in te verblijven. Gasten vinden twee ruime slaapkamers op de tweede verdieping, die een jack en jill-badkamer delen.

Dit huis biedt beneden een tweede woon- en hangruimte, die ook toegang biedt tot het privézwembad in de achtertuin. Een logeerkamer bevindt zich op de 1e verdieping en is erg handig voor mensen die direct naast het zwembad willen zitten! De derde verdieping heeft een mooie overloop naar de grote slaapkamer met direct uitzicht op de oceaan. De slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed en een flatscreen-tv. De hoofdbadkamer is enorm! Gasten hebben vanaf deze kamer toegang tot het balkon op de 3e verdieping en het is een geweldige plek om de zonsopkomsten te bekijken!

Beautiful home in beautiful location! We went for my 40th birthday, my husband and 4 kids (2,7,11 & 12) The check in and booking process is A LOT! Never had to submit so many documents and even go to SPI office in person before getting escorted to the property to get a key. There is quite a bit of stairs if you are in the master getting down to the pool level it’s about 6 sets. Not great for older people or young. Very limited cooking supplies, The pool didn’t really get warm enough to swim in until the last day. Would be nice if they made a private walkway to beach..Other than that it was very quiet and luxurious.

Gorgeous Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It’s on the beach in a gated community with round the clock security. The home is wonderful with plenty of amenities. Rooms were large and beds were comfortable. Two complaints 1) zero water pressure if the washer is going and someone is trying to shower. The water in the master bedroom shower literally turned off to nothing and I had to wait until someone could go down and turn off the washer 2) the main floor stayed at 76 or higher the whole time with the front bedroom easily 80 most days. Lowe’s and upper floors were fine but the main floor is where the largest sitting place is and kitchen and dining are located.

Gorgeous views and house

Let’s start with the positive. The house was gorgeous, views were beautiful, everything you need in the kitchen, and the property was as described in pictures. The security at the complex is very good. There are a few things within walking distanceWould be nice if you didn’t have to use a rental credit to get beach chairs and gear and instead it was included with the property, at least a few pool floats.At the price point and this type of house, things should be tip top.The negative…water pressure was horrible especially on the third floor. There was black mold in the ground floor and third floor master showers. The ground floor had a bath mat and it and the shower floor were both caked with hair. The 2nd floor jack n Jill toilet barely flushed down anything. The bedrooms on the 2nd floor were so hot we had to use a fan to blow cool air into the rooms. The third floor balcony didn’t have any chairs. The dryer took forever to dry clothes. The ground floor bedroom carpet was stained and disgusting. There is a big hole in the 3rd floor toilet room where an access panel doesn’t cover the whole thing. The grill and griddle combo was really dirty and it looked like the grease trap hadn’t been emptied.The pool company came at 1 in the afternoon while we were trying to use the pool, had to wait a 1/2 hour before the kids could get back in. They should be scheduled in the morning not the middle of the day.A little disappointed the the cleanliness and condition of the house.

Excellent Vacation

We had 6 in our family and it was perfect! So much space and great balconies.. Exactly as described. Beds & bedding were great! We loved the warm pool and hot tub The views are amazing and house layout worked out for our teens to stay on bottom floor next to pool. It was nice to be close to Clayton’s and restaurants in walking distance on the beach. We will definitely rent this house again!

House was amazing! We loved walking on the beach. And we even saw a Space X launch! The house was exactly as described in the listing. Everything we could possibly want was provided. Even though the weather didn't cooperate, we had a great time! Highly recommend!

SPI Beach House

We had a wonderful time. The location was great. The house was beautiful. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Beach walks and fishing and dolphins all great. Couple suggestions: more paper supplies, kitchen towels and washcloths needed, shower levers need work. They did not stay put when trying to use big shower heads. The terrible sewer smell in top floor bathroom. The grill outside was so filthy we could not use it, bummed about that. Could use a couple throw blankets for hanging out in the family room. But nothing that would prevent us from renting again. Thanks for a good time.

Girls trip to Padre Isalnd

We are friends from different parts of the US and we get together once a year to catch up. We were surprised when we got to this beautiful home on So Padre Island and were told there was no heater for the hot tub and pool! That plus an unpaid electricity bill left us without power for 5 hours our first morning - not pleasant. But once all these problems were resolved by a very responsive staff at SPI we had a nice stay.

Beautiful home; however, we were there in August and the temp in the home was set at 72 or above. Two bedrooms were uncomfortably hot at night. Property manager failed to notify us of a boil water during our stay. As a result we were washing baby bottles in contaminated water.

Great location & beautiful view

Great house for a big group! The view of the Gulf are outstanding and it's a very quick walk to the beach. Kitchen needs a bit more useful items for those that like to cook, but the kitchen is great! Comfy beds, great A/C, quiet neighborhood you can really relax in.
