Our condo is located at the best location on the South Padre Island beach strip! This beautiful 700 sq. ft. condo sleeps 4, and is 2 bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms with a private balcony. Located in the heart of South Padre Island, this complex has private beach access to the east and a 1-Block walk to the main strip and restaurants to the west. (Free public transportation available on the Island.)

Condo occupancy number is strictly enforced. Un-registered guest will be turned away with no refund to booking guest.

Aquarius Condominium Community offers a variety of features to enhance your tropical getaway. On the first floor you will find a game/exercise room with a large ping-pong table, exercise equipment and views of the breathtaking ocean. The community coin / credit card operated washer and dryers ensure a comfortable stay for many nights and the $3.00 large bags of ice for sale add to your experience.

Sleeping:

The master bedroom is perfect for a break from an activity filled day. Rest on the hybrid memory foam queen bed with, wall mounted smart television. Additional features include night stands with lamps, a large dresser, and closet.

The second bedroom is equipped with a king bed, smart television. Additional features include a dresser for storage, garment closet.

Kitchen:

Easily move around the open fully stocked kitchen while you whip up your favorite meals and drinks. Stock up the cabinets with your favorite foods to enjoy during your stay, stocked with k-cups of coffee will make you feel right at home during your stay.

Please bring your own toiletries. We provide the first roll of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels.

SUMMER GUESTS: At no cost to you and for your safety, and the safety of building occupants, all guests, 10+ are required to wear a wristband upon arrival. The first wristband is at no cost to you. Lost wristbands, Any registered guest not wearing a wristband in the building due to loss, is required to purchase a replacement wristband at your cost. With heavy volume during Summer months, WIFI connection are sometimes slow and hard to get, so please plan to relax and disconnect during your stay.

IMPORTANT: This condo sleeps 4 and no more. Additional guest will be denied entry. Non registered guests are not being allowed in the building or in the condo. Any violation to the limit, including building rules/regulations, you will be asked to leave If asked to leave due to an infraction, you forfeit all rental fees and deposits paid without refunds or credits.
