Moeiteloos zelf inchecken met uw eigen aangepaste toegangscode maakt uw reis soepel. Dit juweeltje aan het strand is op de 2e verdieping zodat u gemakkelijk gebruik maken van de trap als je niet wilt wachten voor de lift.
Het is nieuw ingericht met updates zoals granieten toonbanken, een rotan slaapbank en love seat, een ligstoel en een kingsize bed met zachte katoenen lakens. We hebben een full size wegrollen die dit apparaat een super deal voor gezinnen maakt. Een 40 "tv met Blue Ray DVD's in de woonkamer en een 32 '& DVD in de slaapkamer. Kabel met Showtime.
Slechts een korte wandeling naar Kelly's Pub, WannaWanna of Claytons en de gratis metro haalt u recht voor u op.
We hebben zelfs strandstoelen, strandhanddoeken, boogieboards, een paraplu en een kleine koelbox die u tijdens uw verblijf kunt gebruiken. Er zijn zelfs het strand speelgoed voor de kinderen.
De keuken is ook volledig uitgerust voor uw maaltijdbereiding.

Ons gebouw huurt beveiliging tijdens de voorjaarsvakantie, Pasen en 4 juli. ID polsbandjes zijn vereist voor iedereen ouder dan 10 jaar gedurende deze tijden. Ze zijn $ 40 voor de voorjaarsvakantie en $ 25 Pasen en 4 juli.
Huisdieren moeten vooraf worden goedgekeurd. Gast moet akkoord gaan met regels, een huisdierenovereenkomst ondertekenen en schoonmaakkosten betalen voor elk huisdier.

Beautiful view of sunrise!

Overlooks the beach, can sit on balcony to watch sunrise (no scrambling to find a spot). The condo is nice, clean and there are reminders everywhere to keep you from incurring extra charges. Over all it was lovely! Will come back!

Nice Week at SPI

The airline canceled our flights due to bad weather, forcing us to change our stay dates. The host was very accommodating and helped us shift our stay. The location is easy to find and situated so that you can walk to a number of restaurants and shops. It is a very short drive to the nearby grocery store.The condo was immaculate, comfortable, and well-stocked with starter supplies. The refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher worked well. The view from our balcony provided spectacular sun and moonrises. Parking was easy. There were plenty of other guests, but we barely noticed them. The rooms were quiet.Our only problem was that the toilet did not work for the first 3 days. We learned there had been work on a water main the week before, and some debris must have found its way to the bathroom, partially occluding the sink and toilet supply valves. The host had trouble finding someone to fix it (understandable, as it is an island). We filled the tank using a water pitcher, and that helped things flush until the debris finally cleared and the tank started filling on its own again.The condo has a nice beach umbrella and sand anchor. The beach chairs worked fine.The condo is pet-friendly, and we were charged a pet fee despite not having one. Happily, the place was spotless, and we did not encounter any pet odors or problems.Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would stay here again.

Water main break dampened stay

Good features of property: comfortable King bed, fantastic view, well-stocked kitchen cookware, nice shower (need to update photos), easy parking, night lights, dehumidifier.Needs improvement: The day we checked in there was no water: Couldn't flush toilet, wash hands, etc. It was turned back on late afternoon until parts could be obtained. Water turned off again 5 days later. After repairs the water pressure was very low.

Beach Stay

Communication with property manager was great. As was the access in and out of the property. Beautiful view of the beach. Bed was very comfortable, kitchen was very nice, had most things we needed, couch and recliner comfortable along with the balcony furniture. Would stay here again, for sure. A few things that would have made it more comfortable, kleenex, cutting board, coffee, cooking spray and some seasonall.

Great location

The apartment was very nice with a beautiful view. Easy walk to Wanna Wanna and Kelly's Pub. Communication was an issue. We arrived earlier in the day than anticipated so messaged Laura to see if we could check in early. No response so I called and got voicemail but no call back. Finally contacted Judy but she could not help us. Also had an issue with one of the remoted when we tried to get local news so texted Laura again to double check if the numbers on the instruction were service people - didn't want them to get a charge if it wasn't necessary again no response. Once these ladies learn to communicate with their clients this will be a perfect booking. The laundry room was next door so was easy to do a little before we left.

Clean Small Condo

The condo itself was clean and fine for our stay. The property itself was an older unit and we were disappointed the hot tub was not clean and extremely small. However, the beach was wonderful and overall the condo met our needs. The supply of towels , including beach towels was very nice also. The chairs and umbrella were a plus as well!

Condo was indeed right on the beach, fantastic balcony view. Unit was clean and well stocked without being cluttered. King bed was VERY tired. Building is quite old with related issues. Water pipe broke, It was reported and apparently it is not rare. No water at the property for 5 hours.

Clean, small, a little dated, and hopefully they get a new tv as we had a lot of problems with it. Not that we watched it a lot, but when you wanted to watch it, it was hard to get on. Property owner was good about trying to resolve the issue most of the time, but I think there is something wrong with it.

Short February stay

The weather started cold, wet and windy, such that we never used the a.c. But instead the heating worked well. The humidity and the heating tended to make the floor tiling near the window slick with moisture. Possibly this was because the garage underneath offered no insulation from the cold. However the sun came out, the rain stopped and the wind abated making the last day or so very nice. The kingsized bed was “aged”! The bedside light USB charger sockets were a nice feature. Kitchen was well supplied. TV worked well. We were lucky enough to always find a parking place undercover. Much appreciated when it was raining. The view was accurate. It was nice to admire the waves irrespective of the weather.

Clueless owner

The evening we arrived we called the owner. The instructions and picture of the TV remote in the living room did not correspond with the remotes. She responded with confusion and helpless instructions. We told her there was no remote for the TV in the bedroom. She was unaware there was not a remote. The king size bed mattress was very soft and sway back in the middle. We each kept sliding into the middle of the bed. A chair in the living room that should have reclined had a metal rod poking through the back area, and the foot rest did not work properly. Cheap, cheap, cluless owner. She gets 2 stars because at least there weren't bugs.
