No spring break groups will be permitted, regardless of age. Identification will be checked upon arrival. Day guests and visitors are not permitted at any time.

This recently updated home features 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a stellar kitchen and main living area. The Master bedroom sleeps 2 guests, featuring a flat-screen TV and an en-suite bathroom with double vanity sinks, a large soaking bathtub, and a separate walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 sleeps 2 guests and features two full-sized beds and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom #3 features a flat-screen TV, two sets of Twin-sized bunk beds, sleeping up to 4 guests. The home is situated just a 1-minute walk away from a fantastic community pool, hot tub, and playground. Also located within a short walk is the Villas' very own private beach access. The Villas of South Padre is a gated community with 24/7 security.

Very nice property, nicely kept , enough towels for everyone, very spacious and the location is perfect . The only thing was that the sliding door in the kitchen did not have a lock , we used a chair to secure it from opening. We have young children and wanted to feel safe .

Wonderful mix of beach, pool and fun!

The house is very spacious. Short walk to pool and beach. Pretty quiet gated neighborhood. We had a sink that wasn't draining. Called to have them fix it but no one came. Other than that, the place was perfect for 3 couples. We liked that everyone had their own bathroom plus the one downstairs off the kitchen. More space than we needed but if it would have rained, we would have used it!

Awesome place to stay!!!

The house was immaculate. The pool so clean and clear. Security was awesome always present. Loved that it was a gated community. The wrist band was also awesome for even a more secure area.
