Dit prachtige appartement aan de oceaan is perfect voor elke groep vrienden of familie! Opal # 203 beschikt over 3 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers, geschikt voor maximaal 8 gasten. Het condominium aan de kust is smaakvol ingericht en gemeubileerd en nodigt u en uw gasten uit om te genieten van de wonderen van
de oceaan, van binnen en van buiten! Uitgerust met een open keuken en eetkamer, biedt dit huis u en uw gasten de mogelijkheid om zich voor de grote flatscreen-tv uit te breiden, of om de grote eetkamertafel samen te komen voor een fijne, zelfgemaakte maaltijd. De keuken is voorzien van een extra groot kookeiland, alle roestvrijstalen apparaten en is volledig gevuld met alle kookgerei.

De eerste gastenkamer bevindt zich buiten de toegangsweg. Twee sets van stapelbedden, elk met tweepersoonsbedden, kunnen 4 personen tegemoet komen. Een eigen badkamer is ook aan de gastenkamer gekoppeld, met een douche in de douche. De tweede gast slaapkamer bevindt zich direct tegenover de eerste, met twee extra full size gastenbedden en een bijgebouwde, gedeelde badkamer. De tweede gast badkamer is ook uitgerust met een inloopdouche. Elke kamer beschikt over voldoende opslagruimte om alle items voor gasten en kasten op te bergen om kleding efficiënt op te slaan.

De Master Suite ligt buiten de woonkamer en beschikt over een prachtig kingsize bed. De Master beschikt ook over een grote flatscreen-tv voor degenen die voor een mid-day film willen koken! U en uw gasten zullen graag naar het overmaatmeesterbad gaan, na een lange dag op het strand, of een boek lezen voor uw venster met uitzicht op de oceaan.

Wil je buiten zijn? Een eigen balkon ligt buiten de woonkamer en biedt u en uw gasten de zon en het prachtige uitzicht op de oceaan. Grijp de groep en maak een verfrissende duik in het langgerekte zwembad, of relax en relax in een van de twee elegante bubbelbaden van Opal!
Wanneer u klaar bent om het zand te raken, is een toegang tot het strand gunstig gelegen aan de overkant van de straat!

Early spring break did not disappoint!

The condo had great ocean views a nice pool and hot tubs, and well equipped kitchen. Our family of 5 stayed comfortably and loved the covered patio and easy access to everything. Was a great way to spend my 50th birthday. Only cons would be the beds being a little unstable in the double rooms and the bunk beds are not suitable for anyone over the age of ten. Also, there was no beach equipment of any kind which made it hard for us as we flew in from out of state. Primary bedroom fan/overhead light was broken but SPI Rentals promptly brought fans over and were very responsive to our needs.

Great location and view

Great property, super close to beach and very nice. Only down fall is listing said there was a grill, but there’s not. At least we didn’t see one on property. Be prepared to bring your basic condiments but these are not deal breakers. Our stay was very comfortable and enjoying! Would rent again!

Great condo near the beach

The condo was excellent, as described. Great location, short walk to the beach. Family oriented. Only improvement could be checkin. Most properties allow for checkin though door code rather than having to go to an office and key a key. Just an update that could benefit renters. Other than that, all was a great experience.

Water pressure

Great but water pressure was terrible! The sinks in all bathrooms, faucet needs to come out a little farther. You can’t get any water with facet being not long enough and water pressure so slow, and pressure in showers was terrible.

Family of eight vacation

The condos location was good. It had boogie boards and chairs to use. The view was awesome. The condo offers one assigned covered parking and on the side of the building for additional cars. The kitchen was fully equipped. Unfortunately, the appliances were not working to par. The blender did not work, the refrigerator was leaking and the most disappointing part was that there were roaches in the kitchen. We were able to narrow down the dish washer was where they were coming from. We had to wash dishes and utensils/cups every meal. In addition, the electrical grill outside did not have dripping pan and the standing legs were unstable, made it very difficult to cook and especially clean. If they are able to fix these problems the condo otherwise was comfortable for a party of eight.

Great place!

This was a great condo! Super close to the beach, right across from the beach access. The pool was small but we were there in the middle of the week and didn't have to share it with anyone. The condo is really nice and was very spacious for the 7 of us. We loved having 3 bathrooms. We would definitely come back and stay here. We love Padre and this was one of the nicest places we have stayed.

Amazing Condo

Everything about the condo was perfect! Great location, with ocean views and right across from the boardwalk. Spacious layout. Bright and modern decor. Very clean! Equipped with everything you need. Truly couldn’t ask for more. We will definitely come back!

We loved the location, but there were some problems. One of our party needed to use the elevator and much of the time it didn't work properly. The security gate to the parking was left lock open for days. The acoustics in the unit was awful. I realize the floors are all tile because of the sand being tracked in, but the t.v. had to be turned up a lot to hear the programs in the living room. We could here the t.v. really well in the bedrooms down the hall when this happened. Otherwise, the condo was nice and roomy.

Good Fit for our Needs

The reservation and check-in process were easy. We were on the 3rd floor and had a nice view of the ocean across the street. The 3 bedroom unit was a good fit for our family - plenty of space to go around. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed during our 2 week stay and everything worked. When the sink drain was slow the management company had someone there within the hour to fix it. Fantastic! I don't have any criticisms to make at all about the building or unit, though I would recommend a ramp for easier handicap access from the parking garage to the elevator (1 little step). My Mom, who uses a scooter, visited us numerous times. A ramp being there would have prevented me from lifting her scooter upon arrival and departure. I would rent again without hesitation from this management company and this unit.
