    Casa Santiago A is een smetteloos, modern "strandhuis" dat uw tropische vakantie naar het volgende niveau van luxe zal escaleren!
    Het ruime huis met 3 verdiepingen biedt plaats aan maximaal 24 gasten en beschikt over 6 slaapkamers en badkamers en ligt direct tegenover het strand!

    De begane grond biedt twee gastenkamers. De eerste heeft twee queensize bedden, een 50 "HD Smart TV en een eigen badkamer. Een volledige wasruimte is ook te vinden op de begane grond met wasmachine, droger en wastafel. De tweede slaapkamer heeft twee eenpersoonsbedden, elk met een dubbel bed op wieltjes, een 50 "HD Smart TV en een eigen badkamer. Het tweede en hoofdniveau van het huis omvat een grote open concept woonkamer, eetkamer en keuken. De keuken biedt voldoende ruimte voor grote gezinnen of groepen vrienden rond een enorm centrumeiland met bar voor 6 personen. Roestvrij stalen apparaten zijn voorzien, waaronder een koelkast met ijsmachine, magnetron, oven, fornuis, broodrooster oven, broodrooster en een vaatwasser. De keuken heeft een grote bijkeuken met alle voorzieningen en complete service voor 24 gasten. De woonkamer is voorzien van een grote, 65 "HD Smart TV omringd door een extra grote sofa bank. Ga lekker zitten en kijk films of sport met de hele groep!

    De tweede verdieping beschikt ook over de derde en vierde gastenslaapkamers met een kingsize bed en twee queensize bedden. Elke kamer heeft een eigen badkamer en 50 "HD Smart TV's. Net boven naar het derde niveau van het huis, vindt u uw luxe Master suite. Een gezellig kingsize bed leent zich voor de rust en ontspanning die u verdient! Een eigen Master badkamer omvat een full-size jacuzzi, evenals een douche en een grote ijdelheid. Het pand beschikt ook over twee extra slaapbanken, inloopkasten in alle slaapkamers, waaronder een grotere inloopkast in de slaapkamer, 3 balkons met tuinmeubilair en garage voor 2 wagens.

    Neem een verfrissende duik in het privézwembad met een nieuw temperatuurgestuurd verwarmings- en koelsysteem en LED-verlichting. This was the perfect spot for our team to stay while working in SPI for a week! The location was ideal and the home itself was fully equipped and beautiful. SPI Rentals, LLC made the whole process from booking to checking in extremely easy, as well. I would highly recommend this spot!

We had a fabulous stay!! The lady that helped us check in was very nice and professional. The house was absolutely perfect. Each family had their own private bedroom and restroom so that was very convenient. We enjoyed the pool and just relaxing and hanging around. We did have a slight problem locking the doors as we headed out but we figured it out. We'd love to stay there again!!!

The house was clean, very accommodating for our crew and was literally right across the street from the beach. We were at the beach almost daily. This was a very last minute booking due to issues at the previous VRBO we had rented for the week, and we couldn’t have asked for better service. Check-in was easy and quick, they let us know we were able to get in a little early and checkout was just as easy. Our fridge wasn’t working correctly and they had maintenance out very quick and the problem was fixed! The technician was great as well! Only downside to this is all the stairs. We didn’t have any issues and we looked at it as a good workout for those of us on the upper level. Oh and there wasn’t a pizza cutter, which the kids required often but we made do with a knife. Don’t let these things hold you back though, the place is great!We will definitely rent again and highly recommend it to others.

AMAZING HOUSE

This house is really amazing. It is new, beautifully decorated and spectacular views. The way that the house is designed we had multiple people staying and at night you didn't even know that anyone else was there. The kitchen is great with new appliances and the HUGE island that is great for visiting, working, eating...…. We really liked coming back to this house after a long day of work. We will be staying here again very soon!

The house itself its great modern and the location is literally in front of the beach. The problem was the issues with the wifi not working, trash cans full of trash even with worms, the propane tank was not fill until the last day of our stay.

The photos of this condo do not fully show how wonderful it is. There are three floors with spacious bedrooms (most with their own bathroom). on each floor! The condo is spacious enough for a large party. You can sit on the front balcony and watch the waves, or you can lounge at the pool. We absolutely loved it. Our arrival was hours before their check in time, but the staff did what they could to get us settled. We had a wonderful experience. If our family goes to South Padre Island again, I will definitely rent this place.

Beautiful rental and location

This was perfect for our large group with 6 bedrooms and baths. The space could use better simple amenities. No closets in some of bathrooms. No hooks in bathrooms. This is clearly a rental not a home. We had some issues with dishwasher and broken furniture but those were resolved quickly. Staff was friendly too. 1 block from beach. Pool area was great too!

Awesome space and location

The space and location are awesome. Pool is great. Steps from the beach. Outdoor hose is great. It is poorly stocked with necessary items when cooking for a crowd. Only two dish towels. Very few simple amenities like paper towels or Saran Wrap for leftovers. It works be nice to have basic things like salt and pepper The baseboards and walls need a big deep clean. It could very easily be a five star property. We loved access to the beach and pool and the space!

Great location and house. Ice maker did not work. Huge closets only one had any clothes hangers - 6 total. 15 people for 5 nights and only 2 dishwasher tablets and a tiny bottle of dish soap?? Very bad idea for out of town people expecting to eat for 5 days. No paper towels. Would have been nice to have the pool heated our first 3 days of rain and cold understand the 55 degree issue in the contract. Blankets would have made the stay much better. You could make this a 5 star accommodation.

The property stated that they provided things like dish soap and towels. They did but it was one tiny bottle of dish soap and about 3 towels per room. There were no floor mats When walking in from door ways. There was no hose to wash off sand before walking inside. There were few pool/ beach toys. The property had a lot of space for guests. Lastly, all of the outlets connecting to the kitchen area did not work except for the ones connected to the kitchen island.

Beautiful home with amazing views and pool and minor issues

This home is gorgeous and literally like 300 feet from the ocean, we LOVED the location. The pool right in the backyard was great, too, as it was often too cold to go in the ocean and there were riptide warnings a lot. What was an issue was the lack of preparation for large group stays (only one fridge, lack of extra blankets, not enough chairs/silverware/hand towels/hangers) and some maintenance things that should really be addressed like the kitchen sink that makes crazy sounds, a salty ice maker, the door handle to the main floor balcony that doesn't really work and kept like locking people out/in, many electrical outlets that didn't work, etc.. We had a great time but for the price you pay, you shouldn't really have to deal with those things lol. So just be aware if you book this place and pack some extra things accordingly, or plan to hit Goodwill early in your trip and stock the place.

Excellent property - 9/10

This property is exactly as advertised! Very spacious, clean and excellent amenities. The biggest pro was the proximity to the beach. I highly recommend this place for group travelers. Only concern I had was that we didn’t get the pool cleaned.
