Everything was about as clean at I would expect from a place costing $100/night. Parking was good, the pools were nice, and beach access was decent.
I had three issues though:
No where in my booking did it indicate that there would be an extra charge of $25/person for a wristband to have in and out privileges. I don't think that guests should have to compensate for the staffs inability to properly monitor who is coming on and off of their property. But that extra money took away a night out to eat since we had to buy these "required" wristbands.
The staff as a whole was not very helpful or accommodating. No one looked like they wanted to be there, which I get, bc who wants to be at work? But you shouldn't be in customer service of you can't handle it.
Last thing, which isn't huge, but was still very disappointing, the balcony attached to the room was inaccessible in our studio room. This definitely needs to be clarified when booking this room.
Overall we had a great vacation, and this served fine as a place to shower and sleep, but it would have been a lot better with better communication when booking.
