Our 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo offers the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate with loved ones. You`ll have access to a lighted fishing pier, boat docks, fish cleaning table, and even a spot to windsurf right from our property. And when you`re ready to cool off, our big swimming pool, tennis court, and Pickleball court will provide hours of fun. So come enjoy the peaceful environment and all the exciting opportunities that South Padre Island has to offer!

Please note: Guests are welcome to use the BBQ grills by the pool area, but propane/charcoal is not provided. You’ll need to bring your own fuel.

-Boat slips are first come first serve.

As part of our commitment to providing a comfortable living environment, we supply an initial supply of toiletries upon move-in. This includes essentials such as toilet paper- one roll per bathroom, hand soap, dish washing soap, 1 dish washing pod, 1 wrapped sponge, 1 roll paper towels, 2 trash liners per can, 1 single use size shampoo/conditioner/lotion per / full bathroom, 2 disposable toothbrushes and 1 toothpaste per / full bathroom.

However, please be aware that any additional toiletries beyond the initial supply will be the responsibility of the tenant. We kindly ask that you manage your toiletry needs accordingly and purchase additional items as necessary.
