Belle chambre moderne et personelle courtois et symphatique... Mais,une des chambres les plus salle que j'ai vue depuis longtemps... Du poils et des cheveux partout dans la chambre et salle de bain comme si la balayeuse n'avait pas été passé depuis lomgtemps.. Des taches douteuse sur les meubles et mur de la chambre. Dommage car sur photo tout semblait parfait.

From my check in at the front desk to entering my room, I was dissatisfied. I asked for a room on the top floor and let the person at the desk know I was a light sleeper. So best they could do was the 3rd floor. The elevator opens and boom! my room is right in front of the elevator. I didn’t even get out. I’m not sure what light sleeper means to the staff but I guess she just didn’t listen or care. She then puts me on the 2nd floor away from the elevator. The bathroom was not even cleaned so that makes you wonder what other surfaces weren’t wiped down. I had to clean the bathroom myself, toilet and shower included along with the floor and all the previous guests hair. Upon showering you quickly find out the water is filling up because the floor wasn’t properly tilted for it to go down the drain. So I’m standing in an inch of bath water which is just gross. Needless to say I left a day early and no one was even at the desk to let them know. Poor service and lack of accountability for cleaning staff. I do not recommended.

We loved the convenience of this property- very close to shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was good but could have some more seating. Beds were very comfortable. We understood hotel was understaffed but housekeeping could take more care in cleaning the rooms. We found that the rug didn't look like it was vacuumed, change was on the floor from previous guests and the linens looked rough.

The hallway floors and elevator floors were dirty. Our room was dirty. Old food was stuck to the floor by our bed. The mattress cover was not replaced before our stay as someone had spilled coffee on it. The headboard had coffee spill on it.

The photos don’t support the exact property there were a lot of cosmetic things. The handle in the bathroom vanity was missing. I had to switch rooms because my door to my room I could push open and it didn’t fully latch. The front seat reception was kind. I did a late checkout but twice she forgot (I believe because she was super busy and on her own.)

I travel a lot and laugh at how some properties charge x amount for something that should be x minus y and then there are properties like this that should be be x y. Worth the money is all I’m saying.

The hotel was great. Very clean and quiet. My only issue was the very spotty wifi, most of our time there we could not connect.

At first glance the room seemed decent. Then we noticed lots of scuffs on the walls and dirty/unclean areas. The worst was the late night screaming and all night noises. It seemed they may be using it for subsidized housing.

Staff person at desk for check-in and when we had an issue with television not working was less than pleasant. Would not provide manager contact information and was not helpful when we attempted to ask area information. Saturday morning person was very polite! Rooms were comfortable but our heating unit was very inconsistent and loud. Did not dare to use. Bathroom was partially painted a new color but seemed clean. People were running around very loud in hallway until 3am.

This property was under renovation I believe, we never had any hot water for showers the entire stay even when we asked the front desk, he said “I will let management know about it. I was disappointed with the half renovated condition of our room. The room I had previous in August was amazing but this stay was not so good.

It was cheap. Both in price and quality. No TV almost the entire time i was there. They kept apologizing and saying theyd fix it but they never did. They said theyd get me a different room but then never followed up. When i asked later they said there were no rooms left and they couldnt throw my TV out the window. Not sure what that would have solved anyway. Service was poor overall. No daily room cleaning either. I wont go back.

Lots of pubic hair in the shower/sink. Front desk clerk openly talked about other customers on the phone while checking in/out. Had no desire to answer questions or help. Breakfast was great and hotel room itself was clean other thqn bathroom. Not a bad stay for the price!

The breakfast was running out and the staff had to be asked to refill after guests waited quite awhile. The juice, waffle mix, eggs, saugage. Most of it was not filled in a timely manner.

The bathroom was dirty in multiple spaces. Shower, in the sink, down the front of the sink there was toothpaste, the light switch had an odd substance on it. I’ve stayed here before and this time was certainly not as pleasant in cleanliness as the last.

I read the other reviews before booking, and couldn't believe people were giving poor reviews because of an area power outage. The room was clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was ok. K Cup coffee machines in the room. Close enough to the mall that you could walk.

Unfortunately they use. Cleaning agent or an air freshener that not only took over the whole property, but even more intense in my room. Had to try covering it up propping open the door to the hallway and i could taste it all night. I woke up with a ridiculous headache and will not return. I never complain either, thats how bad it was for me to write something. Gross
