'The staff are always great. Love the morning omelets. The decorative fountain in the garden has been non functional for 2 seasons now. We miss it. The floor of the balconies on 4 th catch dirt and rainwater. Hard to clean, but still, it should be done. Try a wet dry shop vac. Overall, it’s a lovely place and we hope to return.'

'No smoking room that definitely smelled of smoke. Bedspread had a burn hole. Burn marks on the tub and furniture. Pillows well worn out and terrible. No chairs other than the table side chairs. Furniture was in poor condition. Mattress was terrible. Tub had dark stains. Shower curtain had a large dirty stain on it. Back of the building was not well maintained.'

'This is a place that your going to get what you pay for, the rooms are ok and the building is showing some wear. Staff is friendly and accommodating. breakfast is basic but is free so it works. Pool is nice. This was a last minute rental while meeting friends in the area to show them Rehobeth beach that they had not seen before, and my wife volunteered me to pay. All in all it was better than OK. Hotel is in the heart of the shopping area which was taken advantage of.'

'Pricey for what it was but clean. We just stopped overnight on the way through. Typically, would pay 150 but this was 219. It is brand new.'

'It was perfect. Out one door to the beach and out the slider door to the pool with a private patio. Harry's restaurant was right there with excellent service and staff. A big plus was the golf cart shuttle to Washington Square. John was the best and gave us great food ideas. Don't miss the Rusty Nail!'

'This hotel was very clean, staff were very friendly. The place is close to the beach, shopping malls and other amenities. We loved staying in this hotel for 5 nights. We will definitely stay here again.'

'If you came there for a great oceanfront view- you got it! The room itself shows a lot of wear. I wasn’t too fond of the towels in the bathroom. The towels actually looked pretty worn. Also be prepared for the steps if you’re on the top floor. There’s no elevator!'

'They need to replace their carpets ASAP. It was stinch when walking in our rooms. Carpets looks really used up.'

'Clean and comfortable room with a large fridge and well stocked kitchen for cooking. The bar was nice for having a cocktail on the patio or poolside. Breakfast was as expected - many choices from toast and cereal to premade eggs and sandwiches. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful with suggestions for entertaining my young grandson. I would stay here again.'
