'This hotel is great for a trip with a family, the rooms are clean and renovated, the pool is clean and good, the bowling was the best part for me and my kids, the breakfast was delicious and free, the casino good, I can’t complain, definitely we will come back soon'

'The staff at The Carson City Plaza was great as always! There was a glitch in my Hotels.com reservation which they promptly corrected. What would have been disastrous, ending my trip day's early because of a glitch in the reservation app , was avoided. Thank you Shari and Rachael! You saved my 5th wedding anniversary trip!'

'Awesome! Absolutely loved this place. Check-in was fast and efficient. Friendly staff that had great recommendations for restaurants. Room was awesome. Great view, poolside and large. Beds were good, shower was hot and the AC was ice cold. Can't beat the location. Everything you might want to do is walking distance. The lake pier is 200 yds down the beach. "Staff speaks poor English. You will not get any help with the luggage. They saw at check in that we are not young and yet they gave a room on the other side of the building. We couldn’t find our room and the man who took us to the room didn’t help us with the heavy luggage. After I recovered from an asthma attack we wanted to go downstairs and hat to a descend dangerous stairs from which caused me to fell and bruise my ribs. Someone from housekeeping saw it and walked on. We were used to the service of the Venetian in Las Vegas but the service of the Peppermill is far from good. Never again"
