'I stayed at the Sophy Hyde Hotel four nights in October 2025 while attending a conference. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were welcoming from the start. My room was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed and a fantastic city view. This is my third time staying at this hotel, Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations. Those breakfast pancakes yummy I’d definitely recommend it to business travelers and families alike.'

'We booked 2 rooms here for a concert. The area around it is sketchy BUT the hotel makes you feel safe once in the room. Clean and decently quiet considering there were locals that were outside all night. Our taxi driver almost wouldnt take us to our hotel because the area is not the safest. But hotel-wise it was what we needed. Not sure I'd recommend for families with children, solo or couples trip due to the area. '
