'Elevator did not work, room lock did not work, sports bar was terrible 4 regular TV's on a wall dont make it a sports bar. Chef was missing causing long waits and a beer was 10,=. This hotel badly needs a make over.'

'Would not stay there again . Staff was very rude , breakfast was bad, room wouldn’t close , parking grounds was very dirty lots of weird people just roaming around smoking . Room was very clean had a strong cigar smell , door wouldn’t close we had to put bench against door for the night , towels were stained . '

'Worst place to stay bed bugs and the shower turned off 3 times while I was in shower, i don't recommend anyone to stay it a as last minute for me didn't had a choice '

'It took an hour to check in because it seems that rooms were not ready even though I had a confirmed reservation. So we had to wait outside in 91 degree heat because they were having everyone check in through window. AC was broken and I had to put tape over a hole that a large bug was coming out of. Almost got hit while walking from staff throwing a bag of empty soda cans over balcony. So thankful for Expedia customer service help.'

'The room was very clean but the air conditioner didn't work. The hot tub jets wouldnt come on and the light in the hot tub was broken. It was very loud at night from the upstairs, but the breakfast was great and staff was very nice. '

'I booked this location for incoming family from out of state. The room had standing water behind the nightstand as well as mold and dirt. Family members went down to use the hot tub and noticed leaking water from the roof,as well as mold in the area.working now to get a full refund for my family members one night stay.at time of checkout, two other guest complaining of water in their rooms as well. This place is a health hazard do not stay or book here'

'I had a horrible stay. I was scared for my life during the late night hours. When I arrived the front desk lady only spoke Spanish and was not able to help me find my room. I had to have a person staying there help me. There were people screaming all night. It seems like people on drugs use this place to stay at. Do not stay here at all. I was up til 3 am because of all of the noise. Would love a refund. '

'This hotel appears to be new and clean but it was made very cheaply. The air conditioning is very loud, the walls are so thin you can hear the tv from the room next door. The windows are so thin you can hear the people out at the pool and they were just talking at a normal level. The breakfast was pretty good. It had a nice variety to choose from and everything was fresh. '

'The room was so bad that we checked out immediately because the smell was horrific. Room very dirty bathtub multiple large cracks in it towel stained toilet dirty with spots of urine on the toilet seed. By far the office place I've ever seen. I'm requesting my a full refund since we didn't stay in the room and we had to go and rent another room in another hotel because it was that bad'
