However, the coffee maker did not work, the sheets on the second bedroom did not fit the bed and the electrical plugs in the master bedroom did not work. Also, the bed in the main bedroom was extremely hard and so one person took the smaller third bedroom. '

Unfortunately, when we arrived, the condition of the property was completely unacceptable.Within minutes of entering the home we noticed several issues. 'This was my first time at a Tru by Hilton. The hotel was conveniently located off the highway. I pulled in around midnight and the staff was pleasant and friendly. The hotel itself was clean and had a young vibe like a college dorm, style wise. It was quiet too. I really appreciated the complimentary water bottle (2) and popcorn snack they gave upon check in. There was a filtered water and cup dispenser by the elevators which was convenient. The room was sparse and clean. Bed and pillow...

'The breakfast was probably the best continental breakfast we've ever had with impressive variety. Everything in our room was clean and worked well; our suite was spacious. Just one thing to be aware of is the EV charging costs more than the surrounding Tesla superchargers, is a slow charger, and has congestion fees. This has not been our experience with EV chargers available at other hotels; they've always been free for us in other hotels across multiple states that we've visited.'
