'Lovely cottage however when there for work you need two things. Hot water and a bed.
Bed were comfy but hot water was absent. Out of 24 showers across 4 adults and 6 days only 3 ran hot.
Second bedroom vibrates and is super loud whenever water is running anywhere in the house too.
Disappointed as we called the owners and they assured us a maintenance person would come and check and fix this issue, meaning one of us took a day off work to wait for the person. Who never came.

'Het Penventon hotel is een goede uitvalsbasis voor het verkennen van Cornwall. Het is rustig gelegen in een park. De bar en het restaurant zijn klassevol ingericht. De kamers zijn goed uitgerust maar hebben wel niet dezelfde klasse als de bar en het restaurant. Het ontbijt was voortreffelijk en gevarieerd.'

'We booked one night here to start our first family holiday tour of Cornwall. We could not rate this place anymore. A lovely friendly welcome amd stay. The landlord couldn’t have done enough for us and the newly refurbished room was first class. We were then treated to a wonderful full Cornish breakfast before leaving for our next stay. 'The Victorian Inn is a wonderful value in busy Cornwall. Situated near Truro, and close enough to all the sights and beaches, the inn has comfortable, QUIET rooms at the back of the pub and a delicious and satisfying full English breakfast in the morning. The Carvery for supper is delicious and a definite bargain! Staff is friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and would most certainly return when we're in the area.'

But the desk was broken, there was a lot of mold in the bathroom and the ceiling, there was no shampoo and had to ask 2 times for it to get some refill. Also the internet was not working.'

'Check in was super! Vriendelijk personeel. De kamer die we krijgen zonder zeezicht is erg klein. Ook is hier geluidsoverlast van een klapperende deur in de gang en van de keuken buiten.
