'Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staff were great especially Lorraine, who gave us a great welcome to the hotel and gave my wife a picture of Elvis when we left, because my wife was wearing an Elvis t-shirt. Lots of veggie options on the breakfast menu. The bed was comfortable, and it was nice to have a bath in room 1.'

'Nice position above the town and for exploring the local area. Expect to be challenged by the odd hill or two but you are rewarded by fantastic views. The deluxe studio was small and well equipped but not really “deluxe”. If you moderate your expectations this place provides everything you need for a stay in the area.'

'Very nice room with sea view, unfortunately very steep stairs to get there and as suffering mobility issues, not the best, although staff were not aware. Breakfast excellent, and evening meal for 7 highly commented on favourably, hot plates and food. Unfortunately a bout of food poisoning occurred overnight, although the source cannot be confirmed but suspected. Would recommend and stay again. Chair to be placed in room in September after renovations will be a bonus.'

'A beautifully clean and welcoming hotel on the beach in Croyde. It’s safe, fantastic amenities and there is something for everyone. The staff are extremely polite, knowledgeable and friendly. It’s hard to find accommodation these days where there is nothing to fault - Outstanding! A perfect little get away.'

'Lovely little apartment.. very clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable! Hot tub was lovely and we sat in it and watched the sunset over the sea. Complex is quite run down but work is ongoing to improve the facilities. A manual for the hot tub would have been useful having never used one before.'
