Locatie, locatie, locatie !! Ons 2 verdiepingen tellende Cape Cod huis ligt direct aan de oceaan! Het is gelegen aan het warmste water van Cape Cod, direct aan Nantucket Sound met privézandstrand en privédek. Geweldig om te zwemmen en watersporten; Spectaculair uitzicht. Twee kajaks worden ook gratis verstrekt! Dit huis heeft 4 slaapkamers op de bovenverdieping en volledige baden op beide verdiepingen. Woonkamer op de 1e verdieping heeft 3 glazen schuifdeuren - een glazen wand die uitkijkt op uw eigen zandstrand en de oceaan. Familie kamer is uitgerust met kabel flatscreen-tv, dvd, wifi, internettoegang. 1e verdieping heeft ook een volledig uitgeruste keuken, wasmachine / droger, nog een complete badkamer en een hol / logeerkamer met futon die uw verblijf aangenamer zal maken. Slaapkamer boven heeft ook een flatscreen-tv met kabelzenders. Gasgrill voor buiten koken. Volledig uitgerust en ingericht. Een echt juweeltje voor uw gezin voor een vakantie aan de oceaan die u voor altijd zult koesteren!
De meeste van onze gasten komen in de zomerweken het afgelopen decennium elk jaar terug! Activiteiten omvatten zwemmen, zonnebaden, winkelen, de Cape Cod National Seashore, fiets- en wandelpaden, antiek, vissen, varen, walvissen spotten, golf, minigolf, opblaasbaar waterpark, arcade, trampolines, go-carts, kajaks, golflopers, parasailen , waterfietsen, musea en parken. Kinderen zullen genieten van de ijscowagen die voorbijrijdt met belletjes rinkelen. Korte wandeling naar restaurants, ijs en speeltuin. Veel plezier voor iedereen.
Een volledig ingerichte studio of 1 slaapkamer gastenverblijf naast de deur zijn ook beschikbaar voor afzonderlijke verhuur, zie onroerend goed # 105984 en # 3494984, links hieronder), voor privé-uitje. Binnen 1/2 mijl van dit strandhuis, langs de monding van de rivier, hebben we ook een huis met 4 slaapkamers te huur tegenover Parkers River met RiverViews en privédok met kajaks en waterfietsen inbegrepen! Amazing Fourth of July Location

Our family loved staying at Cape Cod. We had fireworks on all sides of the beach. The water temperature was nice, we enjoyed using the kayaks, the sand is soft and perfect for sand castles. The owners are friendly and helpful. Perfect for a beach vacation. This location really is a gem. Our neighbors were friendly and the beach is great for families. This truly is a private beach front which we especially appreciated on the 4th of July as the other properties became quite crowded. We brought groceries and enjoyed the full stay at the beach house and out in the sunshine. We also enjoyed a sunrise and sunset from the beach.

Amazing Place

Took my wife and kids there, it was everything it says it is and more. Such a beautiful, clean house, such beautiful views to wake up to, and the owner Dawn, such an amazing person to work with. Really amazing experience. Beach all to yourselves and the house is super nice. In a great location with lots to do around. Hard to vacation with small kids in general but this house made going to the beach an easier process and had everything we needed! Will recommended to anyone and wont be our last time there!

A great place to stay

The location of this house can't be beat. The backyard is the sand/ocean and it is a very easy drive to mini golf, restaurants, grocery store, ice cream, etc. Our kids loved playing in the sand. We stayed here with another family with toddlers as well. There was plenty of space for everyone. I will also note that the dishwasher drain stopped working, but the owners responded promptly and had the plumber out within hours and the dishwasher repair person out the next morning. It was very much appreciated and great service. Overall, we would stay here again, but there were a few cons. The carpeted floors are rough for a beach house. It was impossible to keep the sand out, so the floor always felt dirty. We did use the provided (very old) vacuum daily, but it didn't do much to get the sand up. The home could also use some updated/safer furnishings. The coffee table in the living room looks cute at first glance, however one touch from a toddler will show that it is actually just seashells on a table with a hula hoop over the top to supports a large piece of glass. We pushed it into the corner right away, but the babies kept crawling to it, and it was a hazard we had to watch the whole time. Overall, I would recommend this home. The location is amazing, and it made for a great vacation. The home could definitely use some upgrades, but we still had a wonderful time

Efficient beach house

The house is efficient. I had higher expectations of the quality of bed, blankets, pillows because of the nightly rate (we brought sheets as instructed) The spring beds are outdated and uncomfortable, they need to be replaced that’s just matter of fact. The downstairs space is comfortable, we had rainy weather on the full day we were there. It was great to be right on the beach, it is clean and quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. We liked the convenience of the kayaks and beach toys. We fully enjoyed the beach and the location there was a great restaurant 2 mins away- the skipper restaurant, highly recommend having a meal here.

Perfect Beach Vacation!

My wife, 2-year old daughter and I had a wonderful time at this home. Dawn was very communicative and accommodating. The home and property exceeded our expectations. The house was delivered clean and well-provisioned. As instructed, we brought linens and basic cooking/ seasoning items and some paper toiletries. Everything else that we needed was there. Easy, off-street parking and loading/ unloading. The beach was perfect for us. We've never seen so many seashells, which was fun. We were there just after Labor Day, but the weather was perfect and the water was warm. Awesome snorkeling! 5-8 minute walk to Skipper Chowder house and ice cream, which was great and convenient. Also had an exceptional meal at The Pheasant in Dennis, about a 20 min drive. Overall an A+ Experience and direct oceanfront made the toddler component very easy!
