The air conditioner works really well but is a bit noisy, remember this is an RV not a hotel. You are in close quarters and it is a simple layout. 'The Riverton was an excellent place to stay for our family of 5 adults and a baby. 'We had a wonderful stay at Tom and Sharon’s River House while in town for a family wedding. The drive was convenient to do all the Philadelphia sightseeing, and it was only a mile away from the wedding venue, which was the initial draw, but not the reason why this property stands out in our minds. I wish we had more time just to stay at the house and relax taking in the beautiful sights of the river. 'Room had no window. Bathroom had no vanity. TV screen damaged. I had visitors and was too embarrassed to bring them here. I rented a room in local hotel.'

'The house needs a lot of work. Smells really musty, parts of backyard fence were down so couldn’t let dog out alone. There was no grill (listed in amenities) in backyard but there was an old toilet on its side and a can of spray foam with the foam leaking out. Lots of patches and thing’s attached using duck tape.'

'We were in the area for soccer at Tuckahoe Turf Farms and needed a kitchen instead of a hotel room due to food allergies in our family. This was the perfect location for us, nearby stores and the fields, plus close enough to Philadelphia to make a quick trip into the City. '

"compared to most hotels in the Philadelphia area this is a great choice for the price/quality ratio. Nice, modern, clean and spacious room. The staff is ok, I just didn't like that they insisted on making a copy of my passport and when I asked for the copy back at check-out they told me that they always destroy it at the end of the check-in day, weird situation! And oh yes, the breakfast is very poor. what is handy is that there is both an Applebee's and a McDonalds across the street from the hotel. despite the breakfast and the issue of the passport copy I would recommend the hotel."
