'needs 2ply toilet paper!!! it was rough and flimsy! is this Hilton's new level? Also despite calling ahead. we did not get a room with two beds. Staff was mixed. 50% were cheerful and friendly, 35% indifferent and 15% somewhat surly.'

'There is a charge fir parking which was surprising since this is in the Suburbs. The pool is nice, but not heated. The rooms are comfortable. The breakfast good and fresh, and the evening reception delicious.'

'We made the mistake of staying three nights Construction was going on our floor. We had to walk through with luggage while avoiding debris. Chip crumbs were underneath the pillows. The fridge had dried spilled pop inside the door. All three nights we had people above us stomping all night and the in the morning. And when we brought this up to the hotel they said bring it up with to Expedia.'

'Locatie is prima vlakbij the mall of America.
Verder is dit hotel dringend toe aan renovaties.
Het tapijt was vies, de waterdruk in de douche was zeer laag en de deur van de badkamer was verzakt en klemde. Het geheel gaf een versleten indruk.
