'First room was full of bugs, the second room had a toilet that did not work. Overall not a fine stay at this hotel'

'Everyone was incredible but the gentleman that checked us in was our favorite. Great sense of humor and he even took it upon himself to go out of his way and ensure my pregnant wife had easy access to our room with parking directly outside of our window. We will be back! '

'I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of the room and friendliness of the staff. It was a quick check in time, easy check out. The only inconvenience was the lack of parking. There was an event going on so there was no parking we had to drive around a few times and then park in a handicap spot until something opened up. Other than that we had a great time. Food recommendations were a 5/5! '

'We booked the Hotel, called to check on the room as there was a Power outage in the area due to snow. We were told on the phone the room was ready. We arrived, went to check in. The women a reception informed us "You know we have no electricity, hot water, all facilities were closed. They were were willing to check us in, noting that there are only lights in the hallways. How about close the Hotel and halt booking? Terrible Managment.'
