'This Hotel is very clean with updates in room as well bath. Breakfast is great with good coffee. But for privacy we prefer higher level rooms, and they didn't grant us that. Next day storms hit the area and power outages were everywhere. Hotel has generator but only delivered power into the lobby but not the rooms, so they were hot. I know this is not the staff fault, but I feel staff can do better to comfort customers.'
