'This hotel is possibly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I normally do not use Expedia. But I did because it was the last leg of our wonderful vacation along Route 66. Expedia said it was $100.00 a night. When the hotel checked me out he charged me $100.00 for two nights and $194.00 for the third night. He said it was Expedia only paid him $330.00 so I had to pay the difference. I told him that is up to him since he used Expedia as his reservationist. He would not take it off my credit card....

'The room was okay. Furniture kind of haphazard. There were mattresses stacked at the end of our hall. Rooms were clean but smelled heavily of cleaner and sanitizer trying to cover up smoke smells. We didn't see many staff members. The cleaning lady I saw each day was very kind and replaced our towels each day, which was great. We needed to check out early and told the front desk (when we found someone there...which was another story) and they said they would make a note. They didn't the first...

'I saw bedbugs or ticks in my room, making my stay very uncomfortable. The staff is incredibly nice. The maid cleaned my room and freshened everything after only one night. The building has definitely seen better days. It is probably time to knock it down and start from scratch unfortunately. Especially while you have such great staff to maintain it.'

'Very dated property. The appearance on the outside is inviting but once inside you realize the age of the property and lack of room and common area maintenance. This is not a result of staff negligence, but rather it appears to be ownerships lack of desire to spend money on repairs and maintenance. The in-room internet was not good at all. I had to use my cellphone as a hotspot in the lobby to get consistent internet connection.
