'Belterra Casino and Resort was a great place to stop while traveling. The room price is reasonable plus there's entertainment if you like to gamble. The only issue was the pool was not open. After traveling all day it's nice to relax by the pool and unwind in a hot tub.'

'Room was damp. upholstery was stained. floor tiles in the bathroom were loose. The pool was closed for remodeling, which was a big inconvenience with a six year old. Had counted on the pool after a long day of travel. Expedia advertised with pool! Breakfast was good and staff was nice.'

'The pool was about as big as the hot tub, both were overcrowded and dirty and no clean towels...we had to move rooms twice and ended up getting charged for an upgraded room that we didn't get. There were no towels in one of the rooms and no coffee pot either.
The breakfast was probably the best part of the whole stay.
Neither of the staff spoke fluent English so that was a huge challenge.
Very disappointing..'
