'Everything in regards to the hotel itself was fantastic. The housekeepers were lovely, the female front desk staff were also lovely. I cannot say the same about the male staff member who checked us in, he wasn’t outrageously rude or anything, but definitely shouldn’t be the forefront of welcoming guests into a business.
