Luxe hotels in Southern Highlands

'Room was good but no lifts so it's a bit hard if you have luggage and kids as well.. Sofa bed was quite old and squeaky..clean bathroom and toilet '

'Room was very small with creaky floors and very noisy overall. Elm balcony room has a shared balcony which wasn’t specified so I had people talking and hanging outside my room and could see inside my room. This is expensive hotel and I would have expected better rooms but given it’s and old building I guess that’s too be expected. Overpriced for what it is. Staff and service were excellent so that was positive. '

'Excellent location, spacious room and comfortable bed. I was on the ground floor opposite the conference room which was being used, it was very noisy especially early in the morning. Limited room service was a bit disappointing but there is a restaurant onsite. Hotel is very dark with a medieval theme. Bit outdated and could use a refresh. Otherwise nice place to stay that is very convenient. '

'Easy check-in, nice room layout, and very clean. This is an aging hotel that needs a facelift in the bathrooms to replace chipped sinks and tubs to bring it up to support their pricing.'
